[Resolved]  Cross Roads — missing items and not delivered after 20 days

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

i booked my items with cross roads from delhi to hyderabad on 06/09/2014 but even after 21/09/2014, i have not received all my items yet. Mr Santosh kumar gives abrupt and vague answers when asked for the status. Please help and suggest what to do .
