On 17th February 2017 I was on Gurgaon Faridabad Road and just near the Toll plaza one of my tyre was punctured.The time was 10pm.
I called to your Helpline[protected].
His reply was we will not able to provide service now as our service time is only between 8am to 8pm on that road.
I had suffered a lot and I arrived late to home and consequently a loss of Rs 50000 incurred to me.
I called to your helpline no. again on 18th Feb and again discussed about the problem faced and no service was provided to me as per the agreement signed between us.
This exclusion of timing is not mentioned on my agreement paper nor on your website.
Everywhere it is mentioned round the clock service.
Your representative citing references of clause that you can change terms and conditions any time without prior information and this exclusion is also made without information to customer.
This is illegal and no one is authorized to change terms according to own convenience.
For any help seek by customer at any time from any place will be denied service and you will earn money and put mask on law to prove legal.
Here by you are advised to refund the money for the default in service with penalty of Rs. 50000.
Otherwise I have to take legal help .You people are cheating people.
