Cross Roads — pathetic service - cancelling the request and no proactive communication from crossroad

Complaint # 532430 & 542326. Today morning i have raised the request to crossroad for flat tyre repair. I waited for 1 hr post that i called up crossroad call centre and i was informed they cannot provide service and canceled my request. I raised the 2nd request in the night and had to face the same story. Really dissapointed with their service. I need my money refunded.
