Cross Roads — pathetic service-miscommitment

Services are one of the most pathetic services. I opted
Service on
Wheels package. I have an documented email of package
Details on my
Email id. Its a horrible experience in today was my service
Day, in 5
Hours of wasting time i just got my oil, filter change and
Washing done.
However 15 checking points mentioned was not done. The
Bigger issue was
That mechanic was without material and i have to drive in
My car to
Purchase a product. A free coolant was mentioned however
Charges are
Asked from me, when i aggressively raised the issue then
They agreed
But a low quality one a brand which is unknown. It was a 5
Hour of
Mental harassment given to me as a customer. I have been
Taken to
Washing center which was located in a rural area of shahbad
Dairy where i
Was shocked to see that it was a center where commercial
Vehicles likes
Were getting washed and clean. Just imagine my sedan was
Getting the
Kind of treated, i drive 10 kms to and fro for this kind of
Cleaning.
There are lot of cheapness which is showed by crossroad team
Today. I
Have to stand 4 hours to get my vehicle washed that too
Driven by me to
Center. Another major issue with people working in crossroad
Team which
Are unprofessional. The name i am ready to mention sanjeev-

Was not picking my calls, however was taking mechanic
Calls, so many
Calls made but was not ready to speak to me. Amit

Discussed all the issue but was not supportive at all, when
I said i
Will take this issue with mr. Harish (Ceo of cross road) -

Kardi ab wahi se karwa loo.. What kind of people are they.
Heights of
Unprofessional behavior by crossroad employee,. I was also
Promised a
Scratch and damage repair kit after service which was not
Provided.
