Dear Sir,
i am sumit kumar s/o sarvan prasad gupta r/o j-281/16, vijay colony, usmanpur, delhi-110053, Mobile no.[protected], that i have purchased a 24*7 road side assistance service (invoice no.19-20/00006469 from crossroad india assistance pvt ltd Head Office: X-1, Okhla industrial area, phase 2, new delhi-110020, GSTIN-07AAECC5226H2ZT, CIN NO.- U50400DL2011PTC22803. That on dated[protected] for my vehical no.- DL13SS4128 for one year worth Rs. 800. but i am afraid to tell you that on dated[protected] at around 9.30pm while returning from faridabad i got my vehical punctured. therefore i approached & intimated them through their App and supposed to get revert or service from their side, and i have waited for their technician for whole night but i have not received any service there (complaint no.-576094). Next day i called their customer care on [protected], she told me that that time no technician available and you can write your complaint on [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com. So i wrote my complaint to then as well. But i have not received any response from thereside.
therefore, kindly do needfull in this regards as its a matter of customer dissatifaction. i have been cheated by them, not provided that service which they have promised, i have been harassed by mentally & physically, breach of trust & contract, extorted my money by false statement.
Now they are not bother about anything and reverting on my call or mail.
Now i want my money back as its waste for me and compensation for my harassment and all.
