[Resolved]  Crossbeats — Refund of product I have not received

I have ordered a product on crossbeats website on 15th April 2022.
They delivered it via Bluedart but I was not in the city and hence bluedart has returned the product to Crossbeats on 25th April 2022.

Now, they are not refunding the money saying they have not received the product.

I gave them sufficient proofs like Bluedart tracking id to and fro.
I gave them the call recording with Bluedart where they said that the product has returned to Crossbeats Bangalore.

Still they are not accepting it.

This is Bluedart receipt of the product containing both the tracking id (waybill number) of movement of product from Bangalore to Hyderabad and reverse movement from Hyderabad to Bangalore
