On 29 of August I have order two products via crossbeat site one of them I have cancelled on same day and the next one is updated for dispatch on 31st August but now still the product is not dispatched by crossbeat as I confirm with bluedart customer support.
And also crossbeat not refund my cancelled order till now on 4th September 2022.
And still there is no response by crossbeat on mail and customer support contact no.

    Order crossbeats product Ignite LYT from crossbeats.com online shopping. The product is supposed to deliver on 24th Aug 2022 but still not yet delivered. I had approached crossbeats support team 3times over call and more than 5times in mail they were just updating saying that we have updated it to concern team. Shipping team mentioned on every updated that "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" .I had asked for the same, why the shipping person not contacted me before they go as undelivered and its been done out for delivery more than 8times in these time NO ONE CONTACTED ME. And crossbeats support team is just to update they dont have even shipping team contact number it seems. I NEED MY MONEY BACK WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTION. I am not agreed on the support team reply that they only say updated concern team where there is no action taken up. crossbeats team has to correct delivery system first. Irresponsible reply from support team no info to customer how to approach for complaint also. even though clearly sent address & contact number of customer to support team and asked let shipping person contact me if they dint find consignee at location. Still no call from them.

      I ordered the Smartwatch from Crossbeats company on 03/07/2022 and receiving the product the paired with my android phone and with in few seconds the Bluetooth gets disconnected. And this disconnection is happening again and again, I have raised a complaint and sent a mail to [protected]@crossbeats.com, and they asked me to send a video in mp4 format and i have sent the videos below 20mb and past 1 month there is no response from them. And upon several mails and calls to the crossbeats no response from them.
      There is no separate call center for technical support and they deal only with mails and reply mails take months

        In this connection I would like to inform you that I have purchased Crossbeat earpods through your mobile APPS. It was found that the product is a defective piece. As provided by you, I also sent an email to crossbeats and as directed by them I have returned my product to them with all necessary enclosures on 30th July as desired by them. I also received the confirmation mail from crossbeats stating that they have received the product back. Still after a lapse of 15 days my issue is not resolved. Neither you are responding nor the crossbeats are responding to my issue.
        Is it not your responsibility to help me in this regard as you are supporting this type o[censored]seless apps in your CRED website. As I have purchased the product from your website and the money was paid to you, why are you not responding to me in this regard.
        you are requested to contact me on the mobile number given below immediately and settle my matter as soon as possible. You are also requested to provide your office contact number as well as Crossbeats office number to me.

          I bought Crossbeats Infinity Watch from its official Website. I received used watch for which i raised a complaint and asked for replacement with a new one. Now in replacement again I've received a used watch even a faulty one with broken speaker but now its been a month, on regular basis I'm raising my issue on mail but I'm not getting even a single response from Crossbeats. 6-7000 is not a small amount that i should leave. But there is no way out to contact them except mail. And on mail they're not replying at all even after 20-25 mails on regular basis.

                  I recently purchase a crossbeats spectra smartwatch on crossbeats website. From the day I received the health information provided by the watch is wrong and also the watch has technical issues which was raised to the support team at crossbeats. Their phone support is not available and they are reachable only on email. Their customer support is pathetic where they dont even look into emails rather keep copy pasting same info asking to reset watch. They dont have a replacement policy or refund policy. Also they have mentioned in their product catalogue about the watch has 200 watch faces mentioned in both the product box and their website which is false, where as only 50+ is available. This is misleading or faking to customer. Customers are looted of their hard earned money. Imagine receiving a faulty product on day 1 and I am still struggling for a resolution.

                    I placed an order ID 96311 for crossbeats smart watch - orbit sports on their website and I had cancelled the order within 10 minutes of placing the order.

                    I reached out to their support for cancellation and refund, I was informed I will get the refund within 5-7 days.

                    Till date, I have not received any update regarding the refund timeline or the refund.

                    When I reach out to their customer care there is no response.
                    I got a mail stating that I will be getting a call in 24-48 hours, even after 72 hours I haven't received any call, mail Or any update.

                    I sent another mail to their support asking for response, I got the response again that they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours.

                    Please assist and help me get my refund on the cancelled order.

                    Govt of India please ban this fraud company

                      I have cancelled my order a few days back but my refund is not yet credited, there are not receiving the calls, and payment tracking is showing the refund is already credited Govt of India please ban this kind of fraud companies.

                        I have cancelled my order a few days back, but the company is not crediting me the refund. this company is a fraud, there are sending wrong items or empty packets and not receiving calls for complaints or refunds.

                            Dear team plz check my product status today came delivery boy but he didn’t give me product he wanted some otp but in my phone I dint get any kind of otp so how should I give otp.
                            I have order this product it’s under warranty so I have courier my product for resolve product issue to crossbeats company and after that crossbeats company resolve the same and courier to me.

                            So I request to you plz delivered my product as soon as possible and update me.

                            Company is not giving me proper response they took my money and they are not giving me solution I mail also but there is no response.
                            Now I don’t have Idia how to get my product.

                              I've ordered Crossbeats Vibe earphones which are defective, after sharing a short video showing the defect, and shipped the product which has been delivered on 23-June. Today it's 5-July and i haven't received any update from the customer service team about my issue. Worse customer care, do not but their products.

                                I bought CrossBeat Torq earpods through amazon on 02nd October’2021, I felt happy for using those for a month and from the month of November’2021 there is charging issue with the left side ear pod.

                                The left side ear pods never shows the charging indicator and it even won’t get charged. It is really disappointment to by a decent brand product and suffer with the same with in a month.

                                  I have ordered a product on Crossbeats website with Order ID 88566 on 7th May 2022.
                                  They sent it via Bluedart with waybill number [protected] but I was not in the city and hence bluedart (waybill number [protected]) has returned the product to Crossbeats on 18th May 2022. It has been 35 days they are telling the same thing over and over when I ask through their whatsapp.

                                  Till now, they are not refunded the money saying "we have updated the concerned team from our end".

                                  Still they are not accepting it.

                                    This is the second device I have received from CrossBeats and its a dummy device.

                                    The product description, video, website states that it has calling facility, dail pad, call answering facility too, message responses etc.

                                    And the sad thing is, the company don't provide any return pickup, we have to spend our own money to send the damaged product return to the company. There is no customer care available to talk.

                                    This is so pathetic.

                                      Purchased Ignite S3 and after 4 months o[censored]sage the poor quality started showing up. The battery was not getting charged at all.

                                      Had sent it to their service team. They updated about firmware update and that there is no issue but did not want to share the actual issue. Now it has been 6 days that this team stopped responding to my emails nor returning my watch.

                                      This seems to be fraud company and many people are being trapped with such issues.

                                      BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS.

                                        This is extremely horrible and bad service from your team. I have repeatedly requested to send me a nice and working device, but you are sending me all rubbish gadgets every time. I am very much shocked this type of negligence of issues repeated every time.
                                        I have purchased Ignite S4 smart watch product on your official website on 15/03/2022, later it got defective one after other and till now you have sent me two defective products of brand new devices, and again after receiving the 3rd piece also got defective. I have one basic doubt on your product that i.e, is your smart watch software is defective or else you are wontedly sending me the defective pieces to the customers. One more drawback is you don’t have service centres in Hyderabad, every time you are telling to send a parcel to Bangalore which costs parcel charges, till now i have spent 800rs/- for sending and receiving the product from your store. It’s a very pathetic and ugly smart watch i have never seen till now, from a very much reputed brand of cross Beats. When you can’t send a good smart watch why are wasting my money on delivery charges, I could have buy a new smart watch from different brand. How should i trust your huge reputed brand which is repeatedly sending me defective pieces? I request you to don’t fool a public by selling smart gadgets. It’s not a smart gadget, its smart looting business from your worthless smart watch design and software. So don’t send me a new watch just refund my amount, if you again send also i don’t trust that your smart looting watch will work fine for long time. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                          I bought this Orbit X smartwatch and when I first saw it, I was very much happy by looks but when I booted it up, it was a third class chinese product in terms of touch quality, font and software update. I got a pop-up that there's an update to the firmware available but this is not happening from that ### wearfit pro app. It's stuck at 0% for hours and I have to do factory reset on the watch to come out of this. The screen doesn't lights up when notification is arrived and raise to wake is not accurate. There are a lot of issues which I want to report but I don't want to waste my time here. I want the Crossbeats India team to help me out with all the reported issues so that in future I go for this product again.

                                          Note: I was using Xiaomi watch lite and I will return back to Xiaomi if there's no proper response from the team.

                                            They delivered it via Bluedart but I was not in the city and hence bluedart has returned the product to Crossbeats on 25th April 2022.

                                            Now, they are not refunding the money saying they have not received the product.

                                            I gave them sufficient proofs like Bluedart tracking id to and fro.

                                            I have buyed the product from crossbeat website and now the product is not working properly and I have warrenty base i have raised request and they told send back to service centre for investigation for the product issue to resolve and i have send the product crossbeat service centre Bangalore they recieved and told technical team check and give the status but they did not resolve the issue and sended back to me in courier after i checked same issue showing getting blanked notification in display.                                               I bought a Crossbeat Ignite S4 watch from their website. However, I received a defective products from them. I've sent evidence and attempted to contact them, but I've been ignored time and time again.
                                              I don't have just one problem, but a long number of them.
                                              1. The steps are incorrectly counted; the device counts 1 step as 2 and occasionally does not tally the steps at all. I also shared the photo of the steps from the app 2. Although the screen time is set to 15 seconds, it is switched after only 10 seconds.
                                              3. The battery is very low, even though it was charged in the morning.
                                              4. I don't get phone notifications, and my Bluetooth keeps going off on its own.
                                              Just put a detailed review on amazon with one star to get a fast solution. They will call back to remove the same
                                              Hey, I have same issues with my purchase form Crossbeats i.e. Ignite 4. Not only steps and all, my watch shows same range of readings every time for all objects even a potato, or a plastic bottle.

                                              I approached Consumer forum as well, but they could not help either. Did you try anything else. Did you approach Consumer Court? I had some queries regarding same. I desparately want to bring those arrogant bloke down.

                                              to all, here i have also suffered with the cross beats Ignite S4 smart watch not once but i got received three times defective product. i have sent the defective product to Bangalore via courier services thrice which cost around 300/- rs each time for sending to there workshop and again for receiving the product they charged 100/- from me total i have paid 1000/- rs for only delivery. i think we can buy another smart watch with the money of delivery charges. i have tried for consumer complaint but i think no issue resolves. any how i have decided not to buy cross beats brand products and also suggested to all my friends and relatives not to buy this type of worthless gadgets.

                                                I purchased a Cross beats Epic headset on 18th September. In the last 2 weeks, I started noticing that my right earbud has very low volume compared to the left earbud. I sent the product to Cross beats for diagnosis and they said that the IC chip is damaged and the possible reasons could be physical damage or charging. They mentioned repair for this isn't possible and I'll need to pay 4299/- for the replacement. This amount is 200/-...

                                                  Crossbeats fraud company, they are not respond properly. They are telling full and full fake commitments. Please stop their product selling from india

                                                  I have purchased crossbeats Torq in crossbeats official website on 23 March 21 and there is 1 year warranty for this product. One month back My left ear piece stopped working and i contacted the crossbeats customer support regarding this issue. Now They said service is chargeable, so I said do not want to spend more money one this because their product life is very less. With in 6 month their product not work. They cheating people. They are not response properly. They are giving irresponsible answer. Please stop their production otherwise they continually cheating people. They given warrenty is just eye wash.

                                                  Purchased details and courier details attached here, please do the needful. They are not return repaired product as well.

                                                  I bought cross beats torq 6 month ago now product is not working. They provide 1 year warranty so I sent the product to their centralized service center at Bangalore but now they are not giving service. In support mail they are not giving proper answer. crossbeats cheat people . If crossbeats product is making cheap quality please stop crossbeats production

                                                    I purchased CROSSBEATS Elektra headset on 14 February 2020 by am Amazon website and as per company requirement I registered product for warranty within days. In January 2021 ending the product got problem and left side of headset is remain power on even i shut it down i put in power case. So i sent product to there service center as they told me to do then they reply me that this problem in not coverd in warranty as it is wear and tear problem so i replyed them ghat they never mentioned in warranty that this should occure due to wear and tear and demanded 2499 to repair it. so i demanded that give me a list which problem i coverd in warranty and which coverd in wear and tear and On which basis they judged any product which is not in warranty. So they didn't reply me almost 8 days, then they told me they will not respond me any further and their legal team will decide thry didn't provide any response till now. So respected Authorities I request to you that please take stringent action against this company as it's not working in consumer fever and they trying to loot consumer on many technical basis.

                                                    Now it's been over 9 month this company not responded to the consumer forum and even not giving back my earphones. I don't want any repair just want my earphones back ASAP.

                                                      I ordered a watch from crossbeats official website (order no 61164) but due to some reason I could not collect it so it was sent back to the warehouse but I have not recieved the payment till now though they emailed me that they have initiated the refund on October 4th.
