I have purchased crossbeats Torq in crossbeats official website on 23 March 21 and there is 1 year warranty for this product. One month back My left ear piece stopped working and i contacted the crossbeats customer support regarding this issue. Now They said service is chargeable, so I said do not want to spend more money one this because their product life is very less. With in 6 month their product not work. They cheating people. They are not response properly. They are giving irresponsible answer. Please stop their production otherwise they continually cheating people. They given warrenty is just eye wash.

Purchased details and courier details attached here, please do the needful. They are not return repaired product as well.

I bought cross beats torq 6 month ago now product is not working. They provide 1 year warranty so I sent the product to their centralized service center at Bangalore but now they are not giving service. In support mail they are not giving proper answer. crossbeats cheat people . If crossbeats product is making cheap quality please stop crossbeats production

    That i have purchased crossbeats evolve bearing invoice id no. 44581 and paid an amount of rs. 3599/- for the same.

    2. After using it for few days i had some issues with the product and the same was conved to crossbeats via mail and whataspp messages and the same was acknowleged by them replying to my mails and crossbeats have asked me to send the video of the product which was duly sent to them and the problem was highlighted or explained to them as asked.

    3. Thereafter various messages and mails were sent to crossbeats but they did not pay any heed to it and did not reply thereafter.

    4. Due to all this i sent my crossbeats evolve at your registered address on 01/09/2021 via anajani couriers which was duly received and delivered to you on 03/09/2021 as per the online tracking reports available at anjani couriers webiste.

    5. After that the same was conveyed to them by mail and same was texeted to them on whatsapp but you did no wish to reply to any of the messages or mails till date.

    6. In the month of october 2021 legal notice was sent to them on registered address for demanding back my product and the amount but the same was returned on 2 ocassions with remarks incomplete address and not delivered not delivered no such person in the address and the ssqid legal notice was also sent via mail but no reply of any sort was provided to me till date.

    7. Till date i have tried contacting them various times on whatsapp through mail and through calls on customer service number but till date i havent received any type of resolution from their end.

    8.I just want to know about the issues with the product and i want my money back from this fake company who loots the customers and has zero customer satisfaction and service. Very very poor management and just loots the customers. Pathetic and very irresponsible company

      On 13 th October I had received Ignite S3 Pro my Order ID is 64512 which is received through blue dart after receiving the watch battery was 23% and then i charged the watch to 100% in few hours.

      overnight i didnt use the watch and then i try to switch on the watch in the morning it didnt switch on then i again i charged the watch and battery was fully drained in overnight.

      This is a very bad experience of the watch it seems defective, please kindly do the needfull ASAP i want a my money back or give me the replacement of this watch i was try to call the number given on the website which has no use.
      I am not getting any satisfactory answers from service provider and they close my ticket

        I had purchased crossbeats ignite s3 smart watch on September 5, 2021 from their official website. In watch and it's mobile app I found some issues to which I reported it to company. They have asked me to send my watch to them. I sent it and they confirmed it on email that they received my watch. Now its around 15 days since my watch is with them and they have stopped replying my email and calls do not het connected. I sent multiple reminder to them but no response. Request you to please help me.

        I sent my watch to them on 30 September 2021. Please find attached email screenshot and payment done.

            I purchased a smartwatch “IGNITE S2” from your “CROSSBEATS” site. It was delivered on August 16. After a week, the watch got repaired. But, I used it only for two days. Since it was my first purchase on your site, I did not know how to raise a complaint about it. Later, on September 11th, I contacted your customer service. Then, as per their instructions, I have returned the watch to the specified location through the “Bluedart” courier. It was charged around Rs.300/-

            I am really disappointed with your service. On September 27th, you stated that you would give an update within 7 to 10 days on my product “IGNITE S2”. Now, it has been more than 15 days. I have neither received any response nor my product has been sent back. It's such a worst experience!

              I bought smart watch from crossbeats order number 46936 but after 3 days it stopped. I called them regarding this but there is no customer care available. Then I mailed them . They mailed me that returned this watch with self cost . I returned that but then they told me, now that watch is out of stock . We are unable to send you replacement watch . I already paid for that watch now I have nothing . They told me that I have to wait for that watch until next stock. Neither their customer care number is answering or not their mail service giving me positive response.

                I am a resident of Mumbai.I had bought a smart watch from CrosssBeats company from amazon india.And its not been even a month and watch stop functioning.I tried reaching to the company.They asked me to send the purchase detail.i emailed them on their customer support emaild id but now it has been 3 weeks the company hasnt responded to my complaint.

                  Recently have purchased the crossbeats TRAK and after few days found faulty in the product and have request for repair or replacement, and I have self shipped the product and after 15 days they requested for Rs 99 against shipment charges, and I denied because as per warranty policy their responsibility to send it back to customer,

                    I purchased Ignite S2 on 19th Jun'21. However, I received the faulty device. I reported the same on [protected]@crossbeats.com email id. The device doesn't vibrate and sometimes doesn't show phone notifications as well.

                    I have sent almost 20 mails to Crossbeats but they are not responding on mails/whatsapp/calls. I bought this watch for INR 4499. They are not refunding my money or replacing the watch.

                    I appeal all indians not to buy any Crossbeats product. They are just rebranding Chinese cheap quality products in India.

                      I have purchased crossbeats evolve through their official website which stopped working suddenly after 6 months as directed by their official email I have couriered them the product to their customer care service center situated in Bangalore to get the service done as the product is under warranty.

                      On the contrary they are asking heavy repairing charges which will cost equal to original product.

                          It is extremely sad to hear this - You sell a bad product then keep us quizzing for days then ask us to send to you (which will take weeks) then you expect us to be without the product for this period then you want us to bear the costs of shipment also then have red tapism (send this and that with the product)
                          Most sic is to send a print out of this mail else claim will not be entertained - DO YOU NOT HAVE THESE DETAILS - which you can check at your end...

                            I have purchased crossbeats earbuds from his official partner through amazon india, and in starting of march 2021 founded problems with product, i had registered complaint to their mail id [protected]@crossbeats.Com on 16th march 2021, they are suggested some technical activities to do at my end, which has done but not getting solution and as informed by support team i had send product to his bangalore center with spending courier charges, now they are reset the products and inform me for pay other 99 for send back product to me as it is not manufacturing defect.. And clearly denied to replace the product on my question in future during warranty period if, any fault come in this product crossbeats can collect and send back product to me with cost to company and till no any response getting on it till.
                            Now, product is under custody of crossbeats and force to pay courier charge first and send proof for product dispatch.

                                    Regarding my Oder Id #22004 I have received defect product that time i have sent same product to your office from your arranging courier people but in transits that courier person changed the product they handed over tho your company wrong product, i have sent cross beats watch but your showing some other watch that is not my watch and this is not my fault i have sent through your arranging courier boy that is i don't known, i want my perfect product or refund otherwise i will diffidently file a forgery complaint against your company i have all proof and documents what is advertising on your website that's why arrange my as per my order sent perfect product otherwise refund me as early as possible

                                      In 5 months one side earphone is not working so I raise a complain to crossbeats.
                                      Customer care person told me to shipped the product to our service center after shared the product, They told me is some quality issue are there and it will cost me around 1700 if I repaired.
                                      I disappointed from crossbeat service and product.

                                      Guys seriously don't buy any product from crossbeats they don't provide a good product with good service.

                                          I have ordered crossbeats torq, which they delivered a damaged product. When asked for return they denied and said we do not accept refunds and returns.
                                          Asked for a warranty claim i sent it to bangalore on my own expense. Now, i have no update from the organisation. I have been trying to reach them but they do not respond.

                                            I placed the crossbeats evolve headset order on 30 march 2020. The product was delivered on last week of may 2020. Before placing the order i informed the sales team of crossbeats that i will be buying this product for calling purpose. Among the two earphones evolve and elektra. I was told both are good and i can choose anyone of them for this purpose. Before making the purchase i also asked the sales person about durablity of product and she said it will work for 7 -10 years i[censored]sed nicely but the product was shipped with manufacturing defect. I also told the sales person that i have read too many complaints about your company regarding after sales service so give me a reason to buy the product. The sales person replied the compliants are mainly due to purchases done by customer from amazon.com because those customers dont register the product so we cannot give the warranty.

                                            I made the purchase directly through crossbeats.com as sales person told if product is purchased directly from them there will be no warranty issue.

                                            The product was delievered through indian post on may 2020. I heard the voice was working but i did not check the mic when product was delievered. Later in first week of june i realized that there was no sound when i was speaking on mic to other person on phone. I called crossbeats and there customer care did not answer. Then later, i sent email to crossbeats and the reply i got made me feel that they have purely cheated me.

                                            The emails received from crossbeats says. Mic is secondary function of product and works when you keep it close to your mouth in silent room. I replied to them on emails that mic is not even detected in any device and i have tested in on 2 computers & 3 some mobile phones. They ignored what i wrote in email and simply said the mic has been optimized for the best result and further optimization is not possible. Rs 300 earphone is better than rs rs 4200 product atleast everything works in it and atleast transpareny is there.

                                            It says : inbuilt microphone and voice assitant are two features and if common sense is applied these will work with functional mic only.
                                            Based on reviews that have been shared by other customers i would strongly recomend to boycott companies like these who are not able to deliver the specs of product what they claim on their websites and what the sales team claims while selling the product.

                                            I also asked a question on email that where is mic located on product and the support did not even answer it.

                                            It is really true on the basis of review that crossbeats claim there is warranty of 1 year but it is just to fool the customers and because thy show the real color when it comes to warranty like not replying on emails, whatapps support number and not getting a phone call scheduled. This is pathetic service and pathetic product better for school or collage project. These earphones are not good as professional product & not value for money at all.                                             It says following are not covered in replacement and it includes :
                                            - battery (In-built)
                                            - in-built microphone

                                            This clearly means that this company cross beats is playing with customers because if they cannot take the owership of their own product on specs claimed by them and are not confident about the features that there product will be deliver, there is no point in even thinking about buying crossbeats.

                                            One last thing before purchase is a trap as the sales person also told that the product is made in united states and assembled in india but the back of product says made in china. So, this is complete cheating.

I also told the Sales person that I have read too many complaints about your company regarding after sales service so give me a reason to buy the product. The sales person replied the compliants are mainly due to purchases done by customer from Amazon.com because those customers dont register the product so we cannot give the warranty.

                                              I made the purchase directly through Crossbeats.com as sales person told if product is purchased directly from them there will be no warranty issue.

                                              The product was delievered through Indian post on may 2020. I heard the voice was working but I did not check the mic when product was delievered. Later in first week of June I realized that there was no sound when I was speaking on mic to other person on phone. I called Crossbeats and there customer care did not answer. Then Later, I sent email to crossbeats and the reply I got made me feel that they have purely cheated me.

                                              The emails received from crossbeats says . mic is secondary function of product and works when you keep it close to your mouth in silent room. I replied to them on emails that mic is not even detected in any device and I have tested in on 2 computers & 3 some mobile phones. They ignored what I wrote in email and simply said the mic has been optimized for the best result and further optimization is not possible. Rs 300 earphone is better than Rs Rs 4200 product atleast everything works in it and atleast transpareny is there.

                                              It says : inbuilt microphone and voice assitant are two features and if common sense is applied these will work with functional mic only.
                                              Based on reviews that have been shared by other customers I would strongly recomend to boycott companies like these who are not able to deliver the specs of product what they claim on their websites and what the sales team claims while selling the product.

                                              I also asked a question on email that where is mic located on product and the support did not even answer it .

                                              It is really true on the basis of review that crossbeats claim there is warranty of 1 year but it is just to fool the customers and because thy show the real color when it comes to warranty like not replying on emails, whatapps support number and not getting a phone call scheduled. This is pathetic service and pathetic product better for school or collage project. These earphones are not good as professional product & not value for money at all.                                               It says following are not covered in replacement and it includes :
                                              - Battery ( In-built )
                                              - In-Built Microphone

                                              This clearly means that this company cross beats is playing with customers because if they cannot take the owership of their own product on specs claimed by them and are not confident about the features that there product will be deliver, there is no point in even thinking about buying crossbeats.

                                              One last thing before purchase is a trap as the sales person also told that the product is made in united states and assembled in India but the back of product says Made in China . So, this is complete cheating .

                                                I brought Crossbeats Elecktra for 6741 rs on 27 July 2019 in Amazon.in. It as a warranty for one year, for almost 9 months I had no issues with the headsets.

                                                But last month (May 2020), the left ear bud stopped working. I reached Crossbeats customer support and the response from them regarding the issue is like they don't show concern about the customer.

                                                They send pre-defined emails even though it is not relevant to the issue in hand. And finally when you make them understand the issue and send the product they say that "It is not repairable and this is not a manufacturing defect rather based on usage and the same is not covered under warranty ."

                                                When buying the headphone no one informed me that don't use the headset too much, any issue with over usage will damage the cheap IC chips we've integrated for the costly headphones and this will not be not covered under warranty.

                                                What they said was "Replacement warranty is applicable against manufacturing defects and products registered within 10 days of Purchase. Battery issue, physical Damage or liquid spill will not cover under warranty."

                                                Obviously there is no battery issue, physical damage or liquid spill they said that the IC chip was damaged due to usage. Hence it must be a manufacturing defect where they've integrated a weak or low quality IC chip which couldn't even work properly for a whole year.

                                                Not sure that they are concerned for their customers. I need my replacement and their company must understand the customer's pain to do the needful.

                                                  I had bought a pair of these three weeks back and from the beginning itself right side earpod was louder than the left. Tried speaking to the customer care people for days. Worst part is that they don't give a customer care executive number, what they give is automated response call. So coming back to email, i was asked to self ship the product for which i had to pay again and after one week they send the product to me. All throughout the mail communication what they were telling was it was blocked by "earwax and dust" they keep on blabbering this #. I mean how can a brand new earphone be covered with earwax and that too till a level which made the sound so less on one side?
                                                  Whatever... I was happy that i got a replacement and the product was working good for barely a week and i had the next night mare. My right side earpod sound became low. Now iam again sending them mails and they started replying ' earwax and dust' #. I have no idea what to do wasted 4 k on this substandard product. I should have gone for a blaupunkt wireless at the same price. I regret my decision. : (

                                                    Had purchased urban earphones on sep 2019. Started facing issues with the left earpiece. When i reached out to them on phone and mails, there was no response. After followup mails every second day, they responded after a month. I had to bear up and down shipping charges. They took another 17 days to do the repair and send the device back to me. I received the device in mid november.

                                                    I have started facing issues again. When i reach out to them, they reply saying "we cannot help you as we do not know how you use the device". I dropped them a picture over mail as there are no external damanges or even scratches. To which they replied they could not help.

                                                    I have hardly used the device for 1.5 months in this span of 4 months of purchase. I am highly disappointed in this product.

                                                    Please do not purchase any of crossbeats products. They do not stand to their claims and words. This company is a cheat.

                                                      Had bought these wireless earphone in the month of feb 2019, the left side ear phone has stopped working & getting switch off, we mail thrice on [protected]@crossbeats, but unfortunate no response. Screen shot attached for reference. We even tried their customer service number, but no help. This service is pathetic, we are awaiting for help / guidance, but we are helpless.

                                                        I purchased wireless bluetooth headphone crossbeats cb raga on jan 2019. I registered product as per policy. Crossbeat headphone stopped working in the month of oct 2019 when i send it to the service centre, they said your product is damaged due to water, where in they do not have any proof. I used this product throughout monsoon nothing happened and when monsoon stopped it got damaged. Crossbeat team is simply not excepting that their product is useless they are rather putting allegation on customer that you have damaged your product.

                                                          Pls don't buy crossbeats product... Their after sales service is very poor.
                                                          They don't adhere to warranty term's & conditions
                                                          I purchased ipx5 bluetooth on 6th jun from @amazon and within 2 months product has gone faulty. Invoice details hr-del[protected]
                                                          Invoice date :6th jun 2019.

                                                          Crossbeats is selectively responding to my email and forcing me to courier this product to their banaglore office enforcing courier charges on me. Whereas per the warranty card given along with product i should be approaching the nearest dealer to take warranty service, crossbeats is neither helping with dealer address nor aassuering me to bear courier charges. They have blocked me on their fb page and not responding to phone calls

                                                            I purchased crossbeat pulse bluetooth headset on october 2018 which has 1 year warranty. Sound qualiy and volutme slowly deteriorated. Finally i wrote to crossbeat and they asked me to send back the product to get it replaced. Now they have sent another used bluetooth headset which does not have bass in it. When i raised the issue, they have stopped responding to my emails.

                                                            Its a big cheat company. Do not buy crossbeat products as they do not have any service centre and they do not stand committed to products under warranty

                                                            The replacement provided was an old used product as I am not getting bass effect in any song tried on different apps and also changed equilisar settings from day1. Let me tell u that I have 10 more headphones wtih me ranging from Sony jbl Philips and bose. So I have little bit knowledge of bass. Can u Pls help get this repaired or replaced. I am ready to send back the product for your inspection and repair.
