Not getting service support

I have purchased one pair of TWS earphones (Model: Enigma) from the company named Crossbeats in the month of June. Since then, there is not a single day when the device worked fine. There are multiple issues with the device. I lodged a service request, and they suggested some steps over email which did make any difference. The device is still under warranty. I purchased a Cross beats Epic headset on 18th September. In the last 2 weeks, I started noticing that my right earbud has very low volume compared to the left earbud. I sent the product to Cross beats for diagnosis and they said that the IC chip is damaged and the possible reasons could be physical damage or charging. They mentioned repair for this isn't possible and I'll need to pay 4299/- for the replacement. This amount is 200/-...

    I have purchased watch from crossbeats through Amazon. The main feature of this watch is that it is waterproof. But after 2 months when I used the watch for swimming, it switched off & did not restart at all.
    I contacted Crossbeats support team through email & they asked me send back the watch to their Banglore office. The watch reached their office on 25th November 23. From then till today I have not received any update. Tried to send them email, tried on whatsapp number. But no response at all. This is clearly case of cheating the customers.

    Same here, they are fooling the Indian public with their fancy advertising and false promises inducing you to buy the product which are of poor quality enriching the owners. Is there no one to take them to task.

        I've bought this watch around 5 months ago . It was a new launch when I bought it in Amazon . Orbit Styl Call ( adavanced by calling smartwatch).
        I've used it only a few times from the day I bought it . Only after few usage it does not work properly and charging is not working, I've also tried many other adapters for charging the watch it doesn't work either that way . So, kindly tell me what to do next or replace my watch for new properly working watch.

          I have contacted crossbeats customer care for watch repair (Orbit Graphite Black was under warranty) and received an email from Crossbeat Team. First they asked (through mail) me to visit there services center in delhi . They said they don't do repair and all. Delhi Address : ASHWANI COMMUNICATION (Karol Bagh, DL) Office 23, 10/54, BD Chambers, D.B. Gupta Road, Opposite Vijay Sales, Karol Bagh, New Delhi Phone: [protected], Email: [protected]@gmail.com Then again i dropped a mail to customer care they asked me “to self-ship the product to their centralized service center in Bangalore, India”. The address for which the product needs to be self-shipped is as below. CrossBeats, Ground floor, Brigade Towers, 135 Brigade Road, Ashok Nagar Bangalore -560025 Ph: [protected] They will review and do the needful. Hence, I couriered the product on 13th March by Indian Post to the provided address. After continuously follow up on mails about product delivered or not. They mailed me that they have received the product successfully. After 10- 12 days than I emailed corssbeat many times to know the status of watch and most of the time they never responded and if they revert “we will get back to you in 24hrs to 72 hrs time “. Then they mailed me saying replacement cost would be Rs 3499 including shipping charges and taxes. And If I am not ready to pay for repair cost, then I have to pay Rs 99 (courier charges ) to them for reverse shipping charges to get my product back. So, I asked them to return the watch (as it was last gift from my late father) on 19th April and I paid the amount of Rs 99 online for reverse shipping charges. After that I am continuously mailing them to know the status but no response. And today got a mail stating that “due to no response from your end, we have decided to dispose of the product”. I never received single call, message or mail stating that i am not responding them due to this they will dispose my watch. Who gave then authority to dispose my watch without my permission . I always chased them 30 - 40 times i called customer care but no response from there. Completely baseless allegation they are putting on me. They are doing fraud of 4000 worthy watch. I can't lose my watch as it was last gift from my late Father. Please help.

            I bought a pair of crossbeats EarPods and was later approached by them on WhatsApp to send a review in order to avail of free EarPods case. I did the review and after completing it I realized they sent me link of some other EarPods product. Anyways since I had already gone through the review I was promised free case wishing a week. It’s been 3 months now I have not received anything. All they say is that it is out of stock. Please do not fall for such scams by crossbeats which I thought was a reputable company

                I received a faulty soundbar, the woofer cover was not pasted properly, it came out when I played a high beat song. Battery back up is pathetic doesnt last for one hour and music breaks during bluetooth connectivity. Also when connected to calls the other person cannot hear me at all. Such a waste it is, they replied me after 3 days to take it to the service centre which is 30kms away. I wanted a replacement as I complaint on the date of delivery but their CUSTOMER service stinks like a garbage. they even blocked me on facebook as I was giving them a negative comments. I need my money back from these ###.

                    I have purchased ignite 5S smartwatch of crossbeats brand on 13/4/23 and received on 16/4/23, on the very same day i used it its battery was draining very fastly same i night had charged it to 100% but in morning it reached to 50% as their commitment was 5-7 days . I was very disappointed with its battery performance, than i mailed my problem on 17/4/2023 to company's help desk they generated a ticket no 162305 and instruct to follow some points to resolve the issue but all in vain problem was still there, than again i mailed to company, they again generate the ticket 162348 on same day. i again mail my compalint on 19/4/23 and 21/4/23 again generate the ticket 162569 but neither they replace nor refund my money till now . so kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                      We have taken super distribution of your products for Bihar, and purchased some products from your company (cross beats) in August, September and November of 2022 but after our all positive efforts, there have been almost 0 sales of any of those items since the start of our business to till date.(approx 6 months)

                      my Son had visited your Bengaluru head office and had a discussion with Mr Archit Agarwal, Mr Rahul Mishra and Mr Hitesh & we have jointly reached on the conclusion that all the stocks (approx 7.5 lacs) lying at Aparna Agencies patna, is to be returned and SRN is to be done followed by the RTGS transaction done. as we have already suffered losses from the last 6 months.
                      If an audit is needed for the sales return then we can proceed with a mutually agreed date at your office where someone from both the parties would be present so as to avoid future conflicts.
                      send us the billing & dispatch details with the contact person name so that we send the material at the earliest.

                        I ordered Crossbeat Smart Watch S5 on date 3 March 2023 from its official website https://crossbeats.com and made online payment of 3999/- and received it on 8 march 2023. When I open box, found that display of the watch is damage. I immediately try to raise the complaint by calling the company customer care no [protected]. But didnt get any response. After complaining over the mail, response i got to visit the service center. When i visited the service center reply i got the product is damge and it can not replace at service center and I have to talk customer care. Again i wrote to corssbeat, they said send the watch through courier to Banglore office Address. Spending 200 Rs I sent watch through courier to banglore as address mentioned in mail. After that I got reply that watch is overcharged and it IC is damage. I have not even switched on the watch after unboxing. Now got reply that they can't do anything and will set the same watch return. In mail I have clearly mentioned at least make me call on [protected] my mobile number to discussed the issue but didn't gate any call.
                        I am now frustrated with all this and I want my money back or replacement of product.

                            I've received a Faulty product. But I managed to use it.
                            Now the major issue is i wasn't using watch much, it's juts lying in the drawer(on flat surface) all of a sudden display came a bit off the case as if the glue beneath it is weakened.
                            I shared all the required details and proofs.

                            EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT IT UNDER WARRANTY AND PASSES THE WARRANTY CLAIM CONDITION. THE COMPANY (CROSSBEATS) IS IGNORING THE WARRANTY AND CANCELLING WITH "PRODUCT IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE" AND I APPEAL THAT'S SO ABSURD BECAUSE IT WASN'T REALLY USED AS IT'S JUST LYING THERE.

I contacted the company for the same. Then the company said that once the product was returned back to their company, they will start the refund. I never received the product and the product was delivered back to crossbeats on 24th November. Since then they have ghosted me and they don't reply, nor answer calls or give any update. they just say concerned team has been updated.                                     I have purchased smartwatch from Crossbeats in 2020. Somehow watch glass has been broken and watch in out of warranty.
                                    So I mailed to Crossbeats Support team for replacement of the glass. Then they asked for short video of the product and I shared.
                                    Later on they asked to ship the product to them and I did.
                                    After some time they replied that my watch IC chip has been damaged. But how's that possible I shared video of the watch before shipment in working condition after that I shipped watch.
                                    After multiple mails they were not explained that.
                                    And after some time they asked me to pay for the replacement of the damaged part. So I replied back that I'll pay for that.
                                    But then they mailed that "we don't repair products".
                                    If they are selling something and not repairing after damage then how to repair the product.
                                    In every mail they are creating new things which are not even related to my issue (like Hindi serials).

                                    Please help me in this matter.

                                      I want to complain against this fraud so called Made in India company Crossbeat, They definately look to. E a brand and class when you have been searching for a smart watch and they just popup showing off being so best they are with three product, how ever once i bought this then . I have been suffering with this smart watch . Well i couldn't just through as i had paid 5k crossbeat ignite S4. I should have understood that if they are copying Apple watch they definately not a brand of there own value. Well after buying i realize it isbt waterproof as they promised . And then my struggle started . After multiple followup finaly they found a way to say no the issue you are facing not part of warrenty condition. Well the i asked if they can refer me a service centre. Then no answer . And then i fixed it locally . And then after 5 month my screen was broken. And here is the height of this fraud company there answer is to my need . They don't repire this product .. i mean there service centre don't repire there own product display problem . And have no where i. An find the display too now. Only option i left with is to through my 5k in gutter. Ghatia company with ghatia customer care with fraud behaviour mindset.
                                      It was never resolved .. I thrown the watch . And now I hare this brand . I stopped looking at this brand and I ahe. Hatrate as soon as I see in Amazon having so good time up with this nonsense brand but any way I am doing my part by not buying this brand product anymore and stop believing what they claim. Please do the same

                                        I have bought a crossbeats ignite pro watch from Amazon on May'22, after few days o[censored]se the physical button in the watch stopped working. Tried connecting crossbeat over mail and they have asked me to ship the product to their facility by my own to avail the warenty. I did the same as ultimately its our hard earned money. After several folow-up got a mail back from them stating there are N number of issues in the watch they have found starting from touch screen to battery. (Note: I only had button issue and rest was working fine).

                                        I already made a video with actual problem as a evidence as some how it strike me as something wrong going on.. I have shared it with them and after that they just replied "as you are not willing to pay the replacement amount hence please click the below link and provide the shipping back charge".

                                        However no where in the earlier mail communication they told me anything about replacement.

                                        Now when I have connected them via Fb and said about legal action then they asked me to pay them 1999/- and in return they will give a new watch as my watch is gone.

                                          According to crossbeats policy if the order comes back to the warehouse the full refund is applicable but in my case they are not refunding my amount of rs 5700 which is very big my order id is 104284 pls help in thai difficult times

                                            I had purchased the product in the month of February and i used the product for 5months and the product was not able to Switch On the product.I had consulted the service centre and couriered the product to service centre in Bangalore. They was a damage in PCBA and display is not working. They are asking Rs1999 for replacement of the product. Its not the right thing. The amount for the replacement of the product is huge for me with that amount i think i can purchase same new product. So i kindly request you to replace the product as soon as possible

                                              I bought this product two months back. It worked exactly for a week then display gone. I have raised a compliant and they agreed to give replacement after two weeks. After some days when i followed up again they said model out of stock so will give you other model, that also i agreed. They asked me to pay additional amount of 100 for replacement and it's done. Now it's been two months and after multiple followup they are saying new model stock also not available. What a fraud and cheating company it is. They should not be encouraged to sell on-line. Worst and very rude customer care support. Simply lost 8000 by blindly going based on ads and design also thinking it's a Bangalore based Indian product. Wasted two months already not sure how to proceed further for replacement or refund

                                                I am trying to reach out cross beats for my cancelled order 100613
                                                It has been cancelled long back.. but still refund hasn’t initiated. No response worst service ever.

                                                This is the cheap response from a company i ever receive.

                                                  We have been following up with you for our refund for the last 5 months but we have not heard anything from you.Again I am attaching the statement for your reference from April to till date.

                                                    I have ordered an item on https://t.co/d9hrOrAa75 on 6th of September 2022. They told while ordering about delivery with Speed delivery 1-3 days. 7 days over still they have not despatched an Item. There is no calling facilities at their customer care. If I mailed to their email for cancellation . Now they are telling that it can't be cancelled as it is already despatched at their end. But not ready to give tracking details, They are telling same thing since last 5 days. Its a prepaid order which i have paid already. My order Id is #100951 . Kindly suggest me how to handle them in this regard
