Crossix Enterprises — Fake data entry job : They Call and torture Mentally in the name of agreement and legal Notice

I got a call from Crossix Enterprises, for a data entry job. they ask me to submit my Aadhar card, signature, and passport size photo for registration. After registration, they activated my account and I got a mail for the same. This mail contains two links, one was agreement and the other takes me to their login page where I have to fill 600 forms in 7 days. And I will get 18, 000 after completing the job. It is written in the agreement which was forcefully generated that if I fail to submit the work on time or leave the work in between I will have to pay 7, 999/- amount otherwise a legal notice will be filled by the company against me. (they will also ask this amount if I make multiple logins)
On the 2nd day of the work, I decided to leave the work in between because it is almost impossible to complete 600 forms in 7 days because they have also written I have to maintain accuracy.
After leaving they ask me to pay 7, 999/- as per agreement.

HR of the company told me after paying 7999 I will get NOC, after that, I will not have any relation with the company. **** But but ...even after doing the payment as per agreement one of their advocates send me a legal notice from the Bar Council of Karnataka, which you can find below. ****

They simply write, Arrange The Penalty Amount - 25, 750/- within one day or meet our Advocate For Further Legal Procedure at Karnataka court. And there you will need to pay 1, 80, 000/-.

This is a very serious problem, I am writing this complaint to aware every internet user about the fraud happening in the society in the name of Data Entry Job and many more.

I am not the first one who has been mentally tortured, not even the last person.
My suggestion to every individual who is looking for online work:
1. please apply on genuine freelancing websites such as freelancer, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, etc.
2. Analyze the company before applying for any type of job.
3. don't even post-government documents, signatures, and your photo to any third party unless you have done 100% verification.
4. Simply think why any company will pay you 18, 000 just for filling 600 forms, without checking your accuracy and your qualification.

Do not pay them any money at any cost, I have made the mistake of paying 14, 000 and I don't want you to do the same for this fraudster, that's why I am sharing these details. Even if you have signed an agreement do not pay them money these agreements are fake and they can not do anything based on this agreement because they simply attached your sign and document in the button of the agreement which is not accepted in the court. In real agreement, every page must be signed by both the party.
