Crossroads — Breakdown assistant - petrol issue

Fraud company!! I wanted assistance in Hyderabad for petrol and during first phone call they said no they don't provide this assistance. When I shouted at them saying that I have membership and it is clearly mentioned that this service is there then the executive said yes they will assist.
After that they said it will take 40 minutes for the same whereas the petrol pump was nearby to where the car was stuck, upon asking them as to why in a metro city it is taking so much time, they hung up the phone on my face.
Big bunch fraudsters!! This happened at 12'42 am midnight. When you cannot provide service or commit to.it bloody don't call multiple.times to renew the membership. Paise lootne ka dhandha bana rakha hai!

Clearly mentioned that they provide petrol service and the executives have just made a joke out of it!!
