[Resolved]  Crossroads — Services on wheels

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am a lifetime member of crossroads and using their "roadside assistance" service for quite long time. Basis my past experience with crossroads and seeing their prompt services in roadside assistance i decided to buy their other service "service on wheels" while their tele-sales team called me to buy this. The main usp was "door step servicing at convenience of time".

As the service of my car was due for over a month and i was challenging to find time for the same, on 23rd of june i managed some time from office work and decided to go for it. But which was sold to me as an usp by crossroads came back to me as an problem. When i called their call center to avail the service, the executive told me that i have to wait for 10 days to get my car serviced. So i was in a soup.

As i have already paid them rs. 2500/ as a packaged charge for service i could not service my car that day from open market. Hence i requested them to return my money (On 23/06/2017) so that i can get my car serviced the day i decide and find time. But i am still waiting for that to happen. My car need the service very badly. It may stop working any time resulting in huge loss for my business.

I keep very busy and can't take a time after 10 days for my car get serviced as the nature of my work such that there is no guarantee that i will be free on the designated day.

Therefore i again requested them on 26/06/2017 to return my money so that i can get the service of my car done as per my convenience, not as per their convenience.

But till date nothing happened. Not even a reply to the 2 mails i have written. Pls guide me how to go about this.

We are very serious when it comes to our client’s satisfaction and have a zero tolerance policy in this respect. We are very sorry that this happened to you but rest assured it won’t happen again.
After studying the matter, we found out that the service delay caused due to the high service volume. This is clearly a mistake at our end and we take responsibility for it. We are ready to service your vehicle or refund your money. Kindly let us know the service date you are looking for or simply you want your money back.

Same here,

I have taken the service on the wheel package 1.5 years back and still following up with cross roads.

I am very sure that this is a fraud company and they don't bother customer pain.

I am attaching the screenshot of their last communication in Feb 2018. When they confirmed the refund (they have done it many times in past also), But still there is no refund. Also when I call their CC they just say it will be done in another 20 days and these 20 days never come.

I am hearing the same for last 1.5 years.
