[Resolved] Crossroads — complaint as no services provided and refund request | |||||
Worst services. Sales representatives called promptly till i paid and become member. I have paid an amount of 4000+21000 in last 2 months. But i haven't received any service yet. For the first time, i called them when my car broked down in way. But got no response or service even after several requests. Then i booked a service and no representative came for servicing of car as per schedule. I called them several times but again got no response. When i complaint, they asked me to drop an email to which again i have not received any response. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is clearly a mistake at our end and we take responsibility for it. We are ready to service your vehicle or refund your money.
