Very pathethatic service from cross raod.
Your executives are making me fool from last 25 days for not doing service on time.
I called in mid of feb'18 for service of my vehicle after that 11th mar'18 was fixed for service.
When i called them on 9th or 10 mar'18 then they told it will be done on 13th mar'18.
I requested them to do this service on saturady or sunday but they denied and offered me 13th mar'18. I have taken leave from office but again cross road executive informed me that today service not possible.

    I have purchased this package on 29th december, 2017 after an agreement with their sales executive (Nitin) that a door service will be done on 30th december, 2017 between 9 am - 12 pm slot.

    I haven't got any response from their team so far.

    I have sent them an email regarding this on 30th december to cancel this membership with immediate effect and refund the amount to my account.

    I did get an automated email that they will contact me within 24 hours; but they never called up.

    Whenever i call the customer care no. They ask to drop an email and i'd get a response within 24 hours.

    It's been almost 3 months now and they are not refunding my amount.

      I paid rs.2, 200/- for all india plan for two years. Neha called from crossroad from no. [protected]. I am not sure if this is her real name. He sent a field boy to collect payment, field boy gave me a sticker and card. He assured that in a day or two i will receive a sms and email regarding activation of my card. Already 12 days have passed, no sms received. Mobile of neha is not activated.

        My name is rajeev bisht and i have purchased the packages for car services of rs.7079 on 24th dec’17 and vehicle nbr is dl82v1715 and membership id is [protected].

        As per the executive statement, i will get service within 24hrs but when i called for the service, they don’t have available engineers for the service and giving me date for after 2 weeks and its really disappointment that i am not getting good response. When i called the sales executive (Prince & his senior contact [protected]) about the situation and he said he will get car service appointment for next day, but i did not get any appointment. Now those sales executives are not picking up my phone.

        However i have send email on 6th jan’18 regarding cancelation of my membership and refund but i am not getting any response. Even though i have called up so many time in customer care, but not receive any response yet.
        I got this package first time from crossroad but it’s really bad experience. Request you to please take an action on my request and refund my amount.

          Car number - dl8cae 5270 hyundai xcent, done car service from "rathi motors" shalimar bagh gaon. As received so many calls from cross road executive for this service, i paid inr 3500 in cash but he promised me that only castrol engine oil will be used. Allignment and balancing will also be checked.ac will also be checked. But nothing has happened like this. As per the workshop one message has to come at their end on what's app from cross road okhla office that what all things they have to provide and accordingly they act. I am very old customer of cross road and our 03 cars have already tied up with with you since last approx. 8 years. But very sorry to say your staff committed wrong and tell everything alie to us which is really bad for your business aspect. One electric car pump and car care kit also to be delivered at my address but still not received.in short everything what every committed from your staff nothing has been fulfilled as of now.             The sales representatives have been calling to me from crossroads from quite some time to sell roadside car assistance plans. This time one executive called me and offered the 4 wheeler titanium - 4 years pan india plan for rs.1000. She gave me a coupon code and after that the price of the titanium on the website was around rs.2500, then she said that website is showing the wrong price, instead you rs.1000 for one year plan on the website and she will convert it to 4 years titanium plan and send some free car wash coupons too. I paid rs.1000 one the website and after that, she never picked the call. I sent the email to [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com and an executive called and told me that we will find the source of sale and resolve your issue. Since then that executive didn't receive the call either. After that i sent 6 emails to customer care and never received any response.
            I have phone numbers, names of these executives which i haven't shared in this post but can provide them if the support requires it.

            It's been 3 months and I haven't got the refund yet. I was told that I'll get the refund in 30 days. Crossroads is biggest cheater company which is still alive.

              Crossroad helpline is worst and pathetic service provider. This is big frauds company taking customers money in name for providing pan india service and even there gps is not covering the customers location. I already have two experiences. One experience on highway that cross road assured will be covering pan india. Their customer care peopel don't know what is pan india but sell these stupid member ship. We all are trusting these guys blind fathis that they will helps us when we are stuck with our vehicles. Plz i request every one don't fall for their trap.

                This is to bring to the notice of all concerned and customers who are dealing with cross road company which is the worst company in india. There are two executives mr tarun and mr rahul who are cheating people by giving wrong information on phone and after getting the payment they are ignoring what they said. I am also one of the victims. They took my cheque and lodged into the bank although i had cancelled by deal with them as what they promised they ignored the same. This is very fraudulent company. I caution all the people who are going to take any service from cross road. This is a cheating company. To stop my cheque i have to pay stopping charges in my bank. Also i got mental tension and wasting of my valuable time.

                Let me know how can I get back my money from you people. You have taken money within a year two times .You have given me two year membership first time and call me again and again after 8 months and give life time membership.                   I am the victim of taking services from crossroad.
                  I've taken one package for lifetime road assistance and paid the full amount and in addition to that i've also taken car regular services. Assuming to get a good service in total i've paid rs 11200 without any service from the organisation

                  I am highly annoyed with the services provided by cross road as they have taken the amount on 11th sept by stating that service will be done by authorized service station and then after i'm following up with them, every time they says will call back but there was no return calls... Highly unprofessional staff

                  My car (Mahindra xylo– up16z 54449) is due for service their representative was after me to take their services by giving all kind of assurance and also given direct no [protected] gaurav tiwari and also some female staff when i can be reach for any issue.. I've been chasing and frequently calling them them for my car services but did't get any solution from them, at last today i've asked them to refund my amount of r3200 +8000 which they have taken

                  I keep on calling their numbers first of all they did not pick and after continuously calling they transfer call to some other person who does not have any answer and put down the call by saying someone will call back...

                  I called on their helpline [protected] and mentioned my issue with them but did't get a proper response... They must be recording their management can listen to it and also all the conversation i has with their multiple representative

                  Just about 20 min back got a call from [protected] again i reiterated my story with them and requested them to refund my entire amount, she answered that they will raise for refund and shall come after 45 days...

                  I wanted to understand why 45 days... I felt that crossroad is cheated me and would like to put this to consumer compliant department for the harassment. I took cross road facility based on the trust that i would get the services but i was wrong

                  You can refer to the recording done between 13:00 - 13:10 pm on 23rd sept (Saturday) also on no [protected], [protected] and [protected] and my calling number is [protected].

                  Today I got a call from crossroad no [protected], instead of addressing my concern their support staff was trying to sell their service...and during the call their support staff is constantly keeping phone on mute..that's how they deal and insult their customer.

                  I was left with no choice to get my service done from Authorized Service provider as there was no response from crossroads also none of their representative are picking my calls...

                  while taking money "they need before" they give any service, and while returning customer money they need 45 to 60 days ... why these are not conveyed to their customers while selling...

                    I had bought membership for my four wheeler vehicle three days back but no services have been provided yet. I call to customer care for activate for membership card but long waiting i shift to direct team member who insist for this membership. After discussion she said will start your membership as soon as possible. But she simply said we launch new card so delay in process. When i call again customer care no. But every time this was busy which is not good its show bad services for customer. Neither there was any call from them to inform customer.
                    Please do the needful.

                      Really dissatisfied, with all commitments made by rahul sexena of sales team. Sales team is making so many false commitment with customers which is really spoiling the name of crossroad company.

                      Issues faced:-
                      1) asked for service of my car in the next weekend (Saturday) from the payment made. But i have to wait for whole month to arrange the service at my door step.
                      2) i have been committed that 2 to 3 people will be coming, who will do the service and washing at my door step – the moment the service men reached at my residence for service my car, the only single person came and also he was not fully equipped to do the washing at my door step. He said he will take the car to their nearest service station to get it washed.
                      3) i have been committed by rahul, synthetic engine oil will be used for my car while doing service which is having market value of rs 1400 – the service man came along with normal oil having market value of 500 to 700 rupees.

                      After waiting for whole month to get the service completed of my car and when the service person visited my home with such excuses, it’s really disappointed me and which makes me to take the decision to never take the membership of crossroad in future and ask for the refund for the amount paid.

                      Not received my refund yet.

                        They cheated me by fraudently sold service on wheel package for rs.4000 two months ago. While confronted in their office with mr. Sanjeev, he accepted their mistake and apologised and promised me to refund the full amount rs.4000 within 45 days, which is now already over. They are not replying my several emails and not responding satisfactorily on the phone, also not transferring call to mr. Sanjeev. His email id is [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com...

                        I want to put up this complaint after i have received end number of calls from crossroad landline and mobile numbers even after telling i don't have car now they call daily 20 times and do bad talks please remove my number from list and take action against people calling daily. I am really feed up with this car helpline and want to lodge complaint regarding the same. Please take immediate action

                          I have booked routine service (Oil change, filter change, air filter change etc) of my car at 50000 km. Cross roads gave me service date on 3th july 2017. On 3july they told it cant be done as they are too busy. It was very difficult for me because i got a job abroad and supposed to fly on 5th july 2017. I was suppose to sell the vehicle after the service, so i called customer care and cancelled my service and asked for refund. Customer care told me to e mail to the company. All my efforts went in vein when every time an automated mail comes from cross roads and says we will contact you 48 hours. Is this you have promised to your customer at the time of booking. How can i get my money back as i have sold my vehicle. I m in bahrain at the moment. Is there anyone in crossroads to help me out

                            I understand this is not a big issue nationwide but it matters to me. It has been 3 months since a company called crossroads in delhi asked me to pay 2500 for car servicing (Which i did) and they did not service the car, nor return the money. For 3 months they have been says please wait for two days every time i call or email. I complained at the consumer forum but they guided me to the same solution. I don't know who else to complain to. I have been running after them for 3 months with and they keep telling me to come or call or email again. They have received complaints from other customers as well on their twitter and website but they do not respond once they have taken the money. Please help me, i don't know who else to ask anymore, and my uncle contacted here and his grienvance got resolved thus, i have some hope.
                            Please help. This is my hard earned money.

                              I had purchased crossroads emergency breakdown service about 3 months ago. Though i never met with a vehicle breakdown during this time and have not yet availed of this service. After about a month of purchasing a policy, i started getting frantic calls from their sales team about a car service policy. I was reluctant to buy this additional policy but the sales team persuaded me by offering a low cost deal and saying that the service would be done on the doorstep and that too on my placing a request just 24 hours before. They also promised to send me a free gift (A car toolkit) with-in a week of the purchase of the policy. So i did purchase this policy. 29th of july 2017 i placed the request for a doorstep service to be done on 30th july i. E the next day. But the call centre person told me that it cannot be done this 18th of august as there was a waitlist. I was surprised. She instead offered me car service in their workshop in green park with a 'pick and drop' facility on 30th july. I agreed. But on 30th of july no body came to pick my car. I contacted the call centre again and this time they told me to contact the workshop directly. I contacted some mr. Vir pal singh in the workshop about this and to my horror he told me that he does not provide 'pick and drop' service to customers. I contacted the call centre again. They now started to apologize and said that they with arrange the service from their workshop in panchsheel park instead, but only for 6th august 2017. I waited for one week. I even confirmed with the person in the workshop on 5th august that they will pick my car from my home. But to my utter dismay no body came to pick my car on 6th august. I tried to contact the workshop but they won't take my calls. I also complained about this unprofessional behaviour by mailing on the email id but all i got was an automated reply that they have received my mail. But no one actually looked into the matter. I am deeply pained by the fact that i am conned by these fraudsters. I am looking at ways to file a case in the consumer court.

                              I want to request everyone who reads this to never buy a policy from cross roads.

                              I am with Crossroads with last 4 years...called for help at the most three times...one day called for help as my car stppped on my way...Not provided help within an hour...at 12 night ...still waiting...I am with family ...with a kid...is this the way CROSSROADS handle their PREMIUM customer...really disgusting...

                                First booking march 21, 2017 was booked through your app. Its cancelled because i had not called your customer care to confirm my service date. There is no mention (Till date) of calling customer care on your app. I learned it when no one turned up on day of service and i called your customer service. Big lesson learned. Call customer care.

                                Second booking april 23, 2017. Booked service called customer care got confirmation. Alas! It was cancelled because i did not pickup a call from your executive a day before the service to be provided. Lesson learned no 2. Always pick all calls from all numbers (Spam numbers also) on day before your service date.

                                Third booking july 22 2017- booked service for saturday aug 05, 2017 (Today) on app. Then released my third lesson that i will have to pick all calls on friday (A working day for me unfortunately), cancelled it myself.

                                Fourth booking july 22, 2017. Learned all my lessons (I thought). Booked service doorstep for sunday aug 06, 2017. Called customer care to confirm booking, the executive confirmed it. Again called a few days later booking was confirmed by call center executive. Wow. All set. No mistakes.
                                Surprise surprise!!! Called today to confirm. Call center executive says no booking. He insists there was no booking. Amazing. He offer booking for aug 13, 2017. I asked to let me talk to his manager. He promised a call back. No call back.
                                Called after 20 min. New executive answers. Asked him about my complaint no: 425618. He informed that it is booked for aug 13, 2017 (Phew!). Asked him was it booked for aug 13, 2017 originally. He said no, it was earlier booked for aug 06, 2017 but due to reasons not known to him it was cancelled. I insisted on the reason thrice. Then he explained that it was cancelled due to non availability of mechanic. Wow again.
                                Ok so i booked and confirmed service for aug 06, 2017 and it was cancelled for no availability of mechanic. So i asked him that if my booking is now for aug 13, 2017 how can i be sure that it will not be cancelled without informing me. He said be sure it won't be. I asked him to provide me with a confirmation email or sms, he said he cannot do that but assured me that his manager will call back. Guess what no call for last 2 hour.

                                I know i am stuck with you. Please refund.

                                  The company failed to provide service for which i had made a pre payment of rs.3000 in december 2016.
                                  The company is constantly delaying the refund even after constant mails and phone calls. It has already been 7 months.
                                  The customer service is useless and are non responsive to mails sent. It is standard of any company to take 30-45 days for refund but this has crossed all limits

                                    I had bought membership for doorstep service on 17-apr-2017 but no services have been provided yet. Booked for service thrice but no one turned up. Neither there was any call from them to inform customer. I had sent 12 mails and no reply from crossroads. Called them atleast 8-10 times but everytime they assure of getting car serviced, but only promises. Complaint no. Is 414860.
                                    If you can't provide service then why do you fool people into buying your annual subscription. I think i have to go to consumer court and turn to social media to make you guys famous.

                                      Worst services.
                                      Sales representatives called promptly till i paid and become member. I have paid an amount of 4000+21000 in last 2 months.
                                      But i haven't received any service yet.
                                      For the first time, i called them when my car broked down in way. But got no response or service even after several requests.
                                      Then i booked a service and no representative came for servicing of car as per schedule. I called them several...
