I got a call from sales representative about sow feature of crossroads. He was very prompt till the package was not sold to me. Sales representative told to buy package and gave time slot of next day for service at doorstep. One person came to collect money and went back. No one came on the following day at the allotted time slot and after that as well. No call came. After 1 week, i called up customer care but they told me to drop a mail...

No service and no refund

I paid online rs. 8000/- on 9th jun2017 for service of my chevrolet captiva, they promised lots of things and confirmed that service will be done in next two days, after hundreds of calls and followup someone came on 18th jun with no clue what vehicle he is going to service and he carried all wrong service consumables and parts, i had no choice than to cancel the service and request for refund.
Since then, it is close to one month...

Basis my past experience with crossroads and seeing their prompt services in roadside assistance i decided to buy their other service "service on wheels" while their tele-sales team called me to buy this. Hi, while buying clothes from crossroads campbelltown mall a sales assistant assists me on purchasing. Her name is barbara.. My docket num096593. My complaint is about her ridiculous rude behavior. During shopping i spend about 10mints on browsing my cloths.. When i have decided the one i will buy i put one dress on a different rack without hanger.. When barbara noticed that she asked me if i want that cloth and i replied sorry no. Her face looked very rude as i was thinking she shouldn't because it's her job to tidy up store when customer leave!! I was on counter to pay, she came back and didn't even spare a word!! Her face was very rude and it was noticeable because she was very chatty with other customers and she was nicely trying to upsell scarf to them.. I want to know why she was doing different attitude with different customers? Does she even know what customer service means?!! Thank you..

    Crossroads executive have called me 10 times for payment of inr 3000 for car servicing and stopped taking my call as soon as i made the payment. I have been chasing them as their customer care number but everytime they say that they will reply however i haven't recived any update from them yet. Their executive told me that service will be done the very next day however now they are saying it will take 10 days to get my car serviced. I want my money to be refunded asap.

      Right now at 4:26 am i'm standing on the road from last 2 hours (Approx) i register my complaint at 2:33 am but no mechanic shows and even not a call from company to provide services. They are so useless fellows, they are providing false information to me when i called them, from last 1 and half hour they were saying mechanic will be there is 15 mins but no one shows until now.

        I had availed doorstep car service from crossroads:
        (Order # : cria[protected], subscription no:[protected],
        Cvv no. : 142, transaction id : [protected], date : 15/01/2017, payment method : online, service tax no : aaecc5226hsd001, pan : aaecc5226h, product city : delhi ncr - rs 2499/-)

        The entire followup i had to do. Initially they used to bug me by calling every other day to take their service and finally when i decided that i would take their service they forgot me after the payment. I made an online payment and booked it. There was no confirmation mail from crossroads. I had to mail them and ask for it and mr. Surendra dhote mailed me after that. Then also there was no direction how to redeem the coupons.

        After following up a few times on 18 february 2017 i was finally able to schedule my car service for 26 feb 2017. On saturday (25 feb 2017) i got a call from [protected] telling me that the person will come on 26 th at around 11am. Next day from 11am till 04:00 pm i waited. I called this gentleman many times but he kept disconnecting my calls. I dropped a message as well but he didn't respond. Neither did the person or persons turn up nor did he answer my calls or inform me. Sad part is after that also i waited till monday first half expecting a follow-up call but nothing so far hence writing this mail. The worst part is i contacted through linkedin, mr. Munish sharma, vp sales and mr. Rahul sachdeva, senior manager. I have still got no resolution. Even if i call the help line number it rings out.

        This is so unjust and unfair. I feel cheated and i have all the intention to take this to the consumer court.

          I have been using Crossroads as my roadside assistance service since 2014. In one of their cross selling products, after calling me innumerable times, I finally bought their Doorstep Car Service @2499 ( as sent by [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com- Order # : CRIA[protected], subscription No:[protected], CVV No. : 142, Transaction D : [protected], Date : 15/01/2017, Payment Method : Online, Service Tax No : AAECC5226HSD001, PAN : AAECC5226H, Product City : Delhi NCR).

          After selling their product, I had to follow-up to ask how to ask for confirmation of my payment and how to avail it. After following up a few times, finally crossroads On 18 February 2017 decided to schedule my car service for 26 Feb 2017. On Saturday (25 Feb 2017) I got a call from [protected] telling me that the person will come on 26 th Feb 2017 at around 11am. Next day from 11am till 04:00 pm I waited. I called this gentleman many times but he kept disconnecting my calls. I dropped a message as well but he didn't respond. Neither did the person or persons turn up nor did he answer my calls or inform me. Sad part is after this fiasco I still waited till Monday (27 Feb 2017) first half expecting a follow-up call but nothing .

          I also made an attempt on LinkedIn finding the right people. I sent inmails on 28 Feb 2017, to Mr. Munish Sharma, VP Sales and to Mr. Rahul Sachdeva, Senior Manager, apprising them of my issues. But no reply till date.

          I am angry, annoyed and hurt at the same time. This is absolutely unprofessional

          Just to clarify, till date I have never had the requirement to use their roadside assistance services.
          I had become a member of crossroad for breakdown services after buying services i was getting a lot of call regarding door step car services. Howerver i had taken a service after confirming lot of time what all are inculding in this service package they told me lot of things like rubbing polishing, drycleaning wheel aligment, washing, Air conditioner top up, bla bla bla. Also told me service will be done at service center if i require. Although When i booked service then they told me that i would get service only at doorstep. I called to sale person Meena who guided me about this service pavkage and she changed there statement and didn't heart anything, told me talk to my senior Mr.Surender he used rough language

          I asked to give my money back then he said call to coustomer care. Customer care said we don't have system to give money back.

          When i went for servicing you guys don't believe they only changed the oil and air filter ask me everything done. Even i had to pay Rs 500 for coolant oil.

          When i told mechanic that sale person told me above mention things then mechanic told me they make pepole fool only we don't provide these services.

          Guys this is my personal experience don't buy this service at all it is worst. now totally depents on you but i am dam sure onces you take this service you will repent for that.. useless service

            Team CroassRoad,

            I am a regular customer and been using cross road service from past 2+ years for road side assistance. On 12th of January, around 10 am I received call from crossRoads sales team to buy "service on Wheel service" for Rs 2500 from CrossRoads. During my conversation with one of the representative of sales team, call was transferred to Mr Yogesh Sachdeva, he introduced himself as "Sr. Team Leader ( Sales )".

            Before buying this service, I clearly cross checked with him, if he can provide me this service on that very day(12th Jan) .Also, I asked him upfront if incase this is not a possibility, then I would not want to avail this service, as I cannot wait due to personal commitments and get this done with my regular service station. But because his intention was only to sell this service to me, he promised to provide service as requested by me and asked me to make payment through paytm so that he can quickly book this for me and I can get service on 12th of Jan at 1p.m. He also mentioned, as he is from sales team and is in position to call mechanics/service people directly and get my service done on urgent basis.

            Post making payment he picked my call once to confirm the transaction, but post that he stopped answering my call's, even after several attempt’s all efforts were in vain. When, I realized there is something fishy. I called their customer care number and only then I was told that customer need to call them and then book service and a service cannot be booked before 24 hr, post buying this service.

            Then I realized, Mr Sachdeva has done fraud by making fake promise, so that he can sell this service to me. Post this he stopped picking my calls on his ph no [protected].

            But this does not end here, whenever I have called and spoken to below mentioned representative's from crossroad, I have received false hope to receive a call back with a solution to my problem.

            Firstly, Mr Yogesh Sachdeva kept me in dark by never communicating standard procedure to book service and made false promise,
            Secondly, I have informed the team of Crossroads about this fraud since day one and now its been more than 15 days, but still People from customer care service and people from helpline department( [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com) have not provided me with proper logical solution and refund.

            I have been traumatized with such horrible experience with Crossroads and your team and I do not wish to take any service from you going forward. Hence, I would appeal for quick turnaround of my refund of Rs 2500 as this is clear fraud case performed by representative(Mr Yogesh Sachdeva) of crossroads.

            Today (12th Jan 2017) in morning around 10 a.m, I spoke to Yogesh sachdeva.Over the call he sold one time complete car service for 2500.It was promised by him that he will get my car serviced today and someone from his team(service team) will call me and around 12-12.30 pm.

            Not to my surprise no one turned-up, Since, then whenever I call on his number ( [protected]), he is covering up by stating lies that he has confirmed appointment for Saturday 14th Jan 2017 for 9 am . But no confirmation yet.

            When I asked him to send me confirmation request number, confirming the appointment, he mentioned that he will send across the same in next 5-10 min. But again, No response yet.Now I am wondering how quick he was when he wanted me to transfer money to his paytm number. THen he was doing a quick follow up.

            By his actions, I am forced to belive that you have crooks in your sale's team.This is the new way to do fraud.Not sure how far crossroad will survive with such staff.

            I would request you to look into this matter and refund my money to the earliest or else I will represent "call recording" and "email trail" to NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION for such fradulant act done by your team.

            Crossroad is cheater! I am trying to get my money back since last 3 months but no success so far. Why can't we all get together and file a case against them? I have many mails and recordings to prove their false commitment. Anyone in?
            #CROSSROADS service named as #SOW is totally fraud, i had taken subscription by paying INR 2950/- on 02nd August 2017, booked for service for 01st Nov 2017 with service no. 451726 but no one has turned up for servicing at my place .
            After calling 4-5 times to #Crossroads toll free number #52630 they provided another schedule for 06th Nov. 2017, but no body is giving satisfied reply or time for visit by service team, even after repeated call there toll free/ contact number.

            just now got connected to there toll free number #52630, they have one more excuse that, yesterday our team called you but call doesn't connected. So for today also they will not do the servicing .

            The service by # CROSSROADS sold as #SOW is totally fraud and they are just minting money out of it, no consumer benefit is there, moreover you are getting harassed every time you call there toll free number.

              Respected sir,
              I bought Crossroads hatchback service contract on 26/11/2016. Paying Rs 2500 in cash.I bought this after a salesgirl called me from number [protected].
              She told me that My car will be serviced within 48hours of payment. On 28, I called crossroads helpline number, they told me that i will receive a callback, even after 48 hours, i did not received one, so i called them again on 30th, on 30th, i was told that merchants are booked already, and i will get it serviced by 5th December. On 5th december, and i did not received any call, and when i called them, it was again postponed to 6th of Jan, this time by their top executive with mob no. [protected].Now, even on 6th of jan, it was still not serviced and they told that their car broke down, now they are resheduling it to 19th of Jan. Sir, this is bizarre such a careless attitude of these people have towards your customers. I request you to get my refund Asap.

                Crossroads asked payment for service in advance which i paid rs 2500 for door step service on 26 oct 2016 for my car dl8cx4831 vide receipt no. 16144 dt 23 oct 2016. I am calling crossroad helpline no. 52630 from my mobile on daily basis but no call back * no one contacting for service. I am fed up & want refund of rs 2500 so that i can get service from other co. Pl arrange refund immediately.

                  Crossroad customer care marketing team called me 4-5 times in a day even after replying to them that i am not interesting in their product. But the marketing team adhere to track and called again and again. I have requested them to remove my contact number from their record, but in vein.

                  Request to take legal action on crossroad for the benefit of other consumers as well.

                    Fake hai y company, 16th nov 2016 i received call from this company.
                    Executive said that this is offer for you, you are an old customer to our company. we provide complete car services only 2499\- rs.

                    First i transfer the money to crossroad after that executive tele caller promises to me sunday our executive to come your home for car services.

                    But not received any call from this company. I'm many time try to call but not respond.

                    Sab fake h online call karte h or promisse karte h ki doorstep serives hai.
                    But koi y nhi batata ki address kha hoga services.

                      I purchased crossroad titanium lifetime membership(supposedly their most elite membership plan - http://www.crossroadshelpline.com/packages ) of on 29-Aug. I was promised a coupons kit would be delivered in 24 hours but it has been more than 4 weeks and no kit has been delivered to me.
                      Also I called and emailed the headoffice and customercare multiple times and each time they gave different reasons like it's in dispatch etc. but the coupons have not been delivered to me. This is a scam. The executives who sold me membership have sold those coupons to someone else and now making lame excuses.

                        Crossroads team calls me everyday without fail multiple times to sell their lifetime services. Firstly - they are pathetic- no tsure why they expect people to buy their services. Secondly, and more importantly - we dont need their services. And we have informed them everyday about this. Yet, they do not update their systems and harass us everyday.

                        This is getting beyond our patience and they are totally out of control. We are forced to take them to police and law and are going to wait for some response on this complaint or go further to complain against them in the courts.

                          By this post i want to warn my freinds that nowadays companies like crossroads are cheating thier customers.
                          I am member of crossroads services since last many years. My current membership is with vehicle no. Dl7cdxxxx. As the vehicle was more than 10 years old, i have sold this vehicle no. Dl7cdxxxx. Now i requested crossroads to register my new vehicle no. Dl8czxxxx under my membership, but they are now asking me charges for that whereas at the time of taking membership i was told that you can change the vehicle at any time.
                          Earlier i was having one year subscription for my old car and i was happy with that. One fine morning representative of crossroads ms. Nidhi rang me and asked me to convert my subscription for life time. At that time i told her that i am going to sell this old car because it was 10 years old but she assured me that i can change my car without any extra cost in life time subscription and therefore i agreed with her to convert my subscription to life time. This assurance was also given to my other friends also.
                          Now crossroads is telling that i have to give another rs.999 for changing my vehicle. This is really surprising. I do not understand why they are lying with the customers. It will affect the reputation of company like crossroads which is otherwise giving very good service to their customers. I feel cheated with this transaction and again and again requested them to please consider my request for changing the vehicle under my subscription without any further charge as they can see it is not too old that i had converted my plan to life time plan. Had i know these charges earlier i may get the membership for new car and not for 10 years old vehicle which i had already planned to sell.
                          I am not getting any reply on my repeated emails and no response to my telephonic complaints. What shall i do?

                            I was a member of crossroads in 2015. This year when my card came up for renewal i received a call informing me of the same. I informed crossroads that i am not interested in renewal any more and they should update their records with this information. However even after repeatedly informing them of the same i have been receiving calls on a daily basis for the last two months. this is highly irritating and harassing for the customer. There should be some mechanism by which if a customer is not interested the customer should not receive calls on the same matter again.

                              Once i was driving with my wife on MG road, suddenly my car got breakdown. Fortunately i had a membership of cross roads. I called at their helpline number and asked for assistance. Thankfully a mechanic came with assistance. I thank cross roads.

                                I have car helpline service for close to 5 years however, i have experienced awful service last time. I waited for more than 1 hour for someone to help me. My car broke down and it took more than One hour 30 mins to send help. Today (12th Feb 2014) I called them and infomred that I have sold my old car and bought a new card and would like to transfer remaining service on my new car however, Customer Care Representative (Mala) who actually does not know meaning of Customer Care straightway asked me to buy a new plan for a new car. This is no where written in their terms and condition. I strongly recommend this is worst car helpline.

                                  crossroads in not providing the services it promises to .. i had a bad experience as my bike got punctured in the middle of the night at 11 pm ... and after calling at the crossroads call center a guy reached late almost 1 hour later and replaced the tire tube with a new one and charged me 300 rs. for the same, and the tube lasted only for next 4 to 5 days and again the tube busted in the middle of nowhere .. and i felt cheated for getting the proper service.
