Crossroads — Incorrect Membership information filled by their Customer Care which is not allowing me to utilise Crossroads Helpline Services | |||
Issue with the Membership - Since Renewal (25th December 2020) Membership ID - [protected] Description of Incident: I renewed my membership on 25th December 2019. I have made online payment and taken Pan India Titanium membership (4 years). My car number (has an extra alphabet inserted) and registered mobile number (digits swapped) entered is incorrect. I have been chasing [protected]@crossroadshealpline.com and [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com since April 2020 to get my information corrected. I have given them proof of Payment confirmation and screenshot with incorrect information. Crossroads helpline team keeps calling me for renewal of my membership and harassing me. Everyone who calls me tells that they get my information correct but no result so far. I am highly disappointed by the way Crossroads India is treating their customer. I have just asked for correction of my information. I hope I am not asking too much from crossRoads team. Hope you and your team will help resolve this issue within a week. Attachments - Payment Confirmation receipt, Confirmation email from CrossRoads, Email copy I sent to Crossroads (latest copy), I sent more than 7 emails in 5 months to various people.
