Crossroads — Not satisfied with services | |||
Dear team I am really frustrated and upset with the call received from crossroads..I have communicated to all executive from last 2 months that I have took 2 years membership from crossroads but no one really wish to check and ask for the receipt but telling me that as per record membership expires. I have received almost one call a day every day and the executive is really in hurry and very rude and they called just the sake of call .Today is hight that she told me so do one thing put your number on DND (number which I received the call +[protected] so that u will not received the call . She have not asked me for any receipt to check if customer is insisting that I have membership of 2 years. Here I am attaching the receipt.
