I've two cars, both had roadside assistance package from crossroad. One of them was expiring on 31st july 2020, as per executive (Mr. Prashant) of crossroad. So, i did the payment for 4yr package on 31st july.
Then the different executive (Mr. Manoj) started calling me that your other car package is expired and needed to be renewed. But then what he told to me, came as a shock, he told that the car for which i made payment on 31st july 2020, was wrong and not due for renewal. Thus they took double payment on the same car.
So i decided not to go-ahead for renewal of package on the other car. And asked them to refund or transfer the amount on the other car (For which renewal is due), which is a logical thing to do. And i believe if mistake has happened, then they can rectify.
But since 1 aug 2020, i've been interacting with various executives & team leaders. (Mr. Deepak/manoj etc) who told me that they can neither refund or transfer the amount to the other car. And offered me discounted package on the other car. And when i insisted to interact with sr. Mangement, mr. Deepak told that they dont talk to any one.
Thus my issue is still not resolved.
Very unprofessional, unorganized comapny with pathetic service quality & no independent grievance cell to raise complaint. Looks like a old lala company whose owner is busy making money and least bothered about retail clients.
