During my outstation stay, i normally visit the nearest csd to draw my liquor quota as applicable to officers which most of the csd's oblige. But recently when i approached 21karnataka ncc bn csd at udipi, i was told to procure noc from my url for drawing liquor, which is a temporary phenomenon for a stay of 3months at manipal, karnataka, which was denied. Please let me know of the instructions for it defeats the purpose of a csd smart card. Alternatively, we should be permitted to draw our liquor quota in absentia.
