Dear sir, my mother is widow of ex sep himmat singh army no. 4150091

She applied for fresh canteen card on 16 nov 2017 but till date have not received any information and not received card as well. We applied this card in ex-service man canteen haldwani nainital uttrakhand.
We are regular in touch with the canteen office staff but there is no satisfactory reply we are receiving. We are going every month to ask and their reply is that please check next month.

My mother is of 68+ years and she can't travel too much and feeling harassed by this exercise. Canteen is approx 50 kms far from our residence. Requesting you for an early and immediate response.

She applied for fresh canteen card on 4 Dec 2017 but till date have not received any information and not received card as well. We applied this card in Ex-Service Man canteen near Kapashera Border Gurgaon.

We are regular in touch with the Canteen Office staff but there is no satisfactory reply we are receiving. We are going every month to ask and their reply is that please check next month.

I had purchased C S D stores from the C S D Vajra C S D canteen in Jalandhar amounting to Rs 1222/- Twice we tried to make the payment by P N B Debit Card Civil LInes Jalandhar but both the time it showed payment declined, so the Bill No 045148 was cleared by paying cash of Rs 1222/ To our horror we found out that the money had been deducted twice from our P N B Civil Lines Jalandhar. It is requested to kindly refund the amount deducted of Rs 2444/-

Hi i have a complaint against the people who was sitting here. As per them we should get the card today. But still they does not have the token system. So many are came here and sitting. They are calling like there wish. They should be called as per people who came first.. But what they are doing is not fare. Please do something for this. Thank you

During my outstation stay, i normally visit the nearest csd to draw my liquor quota as applicable to officers which most of the csd's oblige. But recently when i approached 21karnataka ncc bn csd at udipi, i was told to procure noc from my url for drawing liquor, which is a temporary phenomenon for a stay of 3months at manipal, karnataka, which was denied. Please let me know of the instructions for it defeats the purpose of a csd smart card. Alternatively, we should be permitted to draw our liquor quota in absentia. Capt ajit kumar das

I am a citizen of bahadurgarh (Hr). Today i went to csd canteen situated at jhajjar road bahadurgarh with my grandfather. I went to manager and ask politely to bring my grandfather only on this thing he shouted on me not evn shouted he starts insulting, abusing and mentally harass as i am minor in front of all and he call me 'gunda' n all and said get out without having any fault of mine.
I want this issue to be investigated so that this will not happen again in future and help me to regain my respect.

My name is Mrs.Rajni Sharma and I'am wife of Mr.Nadeesh Chandra Sharma who is Ex-naval person.I always go to INS Hamla Canteen but we are never allowed to take our cars inside which cuases a lot of inconvenience to us as the canteen is very inside and the management is very slow.Thus, I request you to take some actions against them.
