[Resolved]  Csr — csr captcha entering work

Sir, i had received a whatsapp call from csr company (Csr company employee-pooja, phone no: [protected]) on 20 aug 2019 for work from home for entering captcha code. She told me that she has a online work
To enter 9000 captcha code out of 10000 within 10 days and they charge rs 5000 as a part of maintenace. She said, they will deduct this maintenance amount 5000 from the payment made upon the completion the work, but if fails to complete the assigned work or accuracy is less than 90% i will have to pay rs 5000 as penalty. For this work, she had taken my soft copy of my pancard, my address and email id on whatsapp. After that she sent a email (Csr email id : [protected]@gmail.com) with link on my mail id and called me from this mob no - [protected] and told me that csr company is genuine, so click on the link and digitally sign it, so i did the same. After getting digitally signed, she told me that she will assign the csr captcha work after verification call. While searching about this csr captcha work on the internet, i came across your consumer forum and found several complaints against this csr captcha work then same day i called up that csr girl pooja and informed her on the phone that i am not interested in your captcha work as i found many complaints against this csr captcha work and requested her not to assign any captcha work to me. She said ok.

On 28 aug'19 i go a call of csr employee nisha (Mob no : [protected]), she was asking about the status about the work. Again i informed her that i have already denied my association with csr and its work to
Pooja after reading the csr company review. I asked her, for which work you are asking the status which i have never received. Again i informed her i am not interested in captcha work.

On 10th sep'19, i received a email from csr advocate (Advocate name : dilip jha, mob no : [protected], email id : [protected]@gmail.com), he was asking me to pay the penalty money to csr otherwise they would take legal action against me. Same day, i replied him by stating that i have already denied my association with csr and its work to pooja after knowing that csr company is fraud and they use to extort money from innocent people in the name of csr captcha work. I had also informed him that i have never worked on any csr captcha work so there is no point to complete the work. Hence i am not liable to pay the penalty money.

After that i start getting threatening call and messages from csr advocate (Name : sanjay, mob no : [protected]) and they have also sent a email (Email id : [protected]@gmail.com) with soft copy notice on 10th sep'19
And given me 7 days to reply.

The address they have written after my name on the soft copy notice is not mine.

So i need your urgent help. Please help me.

I got a call from Consumer helpline Mob No : +916356050738 and also got a email : [email protected]. As per lady from Consumer Helpline, This CSR complaint has been resolved, So she asked me to mark this CSR complaint as resolved.So I am marking the CSR complaint status as resolved.
