Ctet — failed payment refund

Dear team,

When i was filling form i paid the fees of ctet2019 on 17 sept 2019, amount was 1200/-. Amount cut from my account however form was showing fees has not sumitted yet then i had to pay again.
So i paid double fees for one form.

Kindly help me to get my extra money back.

Sir i made a transaction on 28Jan2020 through BHIM app to pay fees of 1200 rs for applying ctet 2020 it wasn't successful since confirmation page wasn't created but still 1200 rs deducted and transferred to cbse. And this money still not refunded to me. I confirmed that from bank customer care that payment is successfully transferred to cbse. I'm confused from where i will get this money back plz help me to get my refund back. Info regarding transaction is given in attachment.

Don't message here. Nobody can do nothing.Just mail the merchant website like icici or something where you have paid. 100% your money will get refunded. goodluck.

I have the same issue, regarding deduction of payment through upi. In this what can I do further.. Pls refund it

Even I have the same problem, Ive paid 1200 yesterday 24th Sept through UPI payment, I did not get the confirmation page but the money is debited. Sill my application fee payment status shows INCOMPLETE even after paying.

WORST PART IS NO ONE RESPONDS OR PICK UP THE CALL ON THE NUMBERS GIVEN ON THERE WEBSITE, WHAT IS THE USE OF HAVING USELESS INFORMATION WHEN IT IS OF NO USE.
