Ctet — Money refund

HELLO,
I made my payment of Rs 1200/- twice total 2400/- for ctet paper 1 and paper 2 through upi.phone pay.
I tried applying two times money deducted from bank but still shows incomplete on cbse portal.
i tried calling and even mailed ctet but no help was given.
i want refund so that i will pay the fee again.
please look into it.
