Ctet — payment incomplete show | |||
Sir i made a transaction on 23feb2020 through phonepe to pay fees of 1200 rs for applying ctet 2020 it wasn't successful since confirmation page wasn't created but still 1200 rs deducted and transferred to cbse. And this money still not refunded to me. I confirmed that from bank customer care that payment is successfully transferred to cbse. I'm confused from where i will get this money back plz help me to get my refund back. Info regarding transaction is given in attachment. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello sir, I am Snehal Rushikesh Raut. I have applied for CTET july 2020 my application no. is [protected]. I have made payment of Rs 1200 from UPI bank refference no. is[protected] on Sunday 23/02/2020. But the payment status is still incomplete. Please refer above information an resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I made a payment on qr code (Provided by ctet for ctet aplication) for my application no [protected]my money deducted but payment status showing it pending on ctet website and also I had checked with Google pay they are saying they had made the payment successful.
