Sir, the cugl contractor mr. Adarsh assured me of repairing d damage done infront of my house due to the piping of d line for cugl connection bt it's been two months n even aftr my continuous complaints to the kanpur project manager mr. Ram shanker n mr imran concerned person in unnao, as i'm resident o[censored]nnao, no body has bothered to repair d damage done by d concerned person! Infact thy mr. Imraan talks abruptly n defies us to complain to whom so ever it may be as no one will listen. Imagine sir this is how your staff interacts with the public.
