I have applied for the PNG connection of CUGL Kanpur for domestic purposes on 4th July 2023.My application was accepted, and CRN No was generated as D0099664.

But till date (26th February 2024) there has been no progress on my installation process. I have emailed my grievances to CUGL customer care email and there has been no update or reply provided to me on my delay issue.

Furthermore, no update is provided...

My name is Anil Kumar. I have complained multiple times to CUGL Bareilly office regarding delay in my CUGL Connection but CUGL employees did not listen. I submitted 6000/- INR check on 16th April 2022 and registration form, it's been more than 6 months and still when I ask them, they say : we will come tomorrow and next day says tomorrow we will come and saying again and again same thing.
