I complete the details on 24-jan-2024 and yet no necessary action should place yet.
I complained 10+ times on custmercares including on the registered office number too but still no action yet.
I visited atleast 3 times in office located on satellite road bareilly but no further action yet.
And one more thing bareilly cugl coustmer care number is still off when i am typing this msg for you 31 may 1:50 noon and from last past 2 days also .
I am very disappointed through this up state govt project cugl company

Delay in PNG Connection by CUGL Kanpur- (CRN-D0099664)

I have applied for the PNG connection of CUGL Kanpur for domestic purposes on 4th July 2023.My application was accepted, and CRN No was generated as D0099664.
But till date (26th February 2024) there has been no progress on my installation process. I have emailed my grievances to CUGL customer care email and there has been no update or reply provided to me on my delay issue.
Furthermore, no update is provided to me on my Complaint NOs via customer care or email showing unprofessional conduct of CUGL management team.

I was assured by installation Team that connection will be done within week but yet no progress on the installation.
The gas pipeline is already there in my kitchen window and apartment vicinity and it will hardly require 30 mins to install Gas Pipeline meter in my kitchen and yet informing the same to the CUGL team no progress has been made for the installation.
I have no hope of getting service or resolution.
No wonder Government going for Privatization.

New Connection Problem

Dear sir,
My name is Anil Kumar. I have complained multiple times to CUGL Bareilly office regarding delay in my CUGL Connection but CUGL employees did not listen. I submitted 6000/- INR check on 16th April 2022 and registration form, it's been more than 6 months and still when I ask them, they say : we will come tomorrow and next day says tomorrow we will come and saying again and again same thing. But did not listen our request. The worst part is that I have CUGL pipeline extended next to my balcony and it just needs meter and minor installation. I am totally fed up with these things. I request to our senior officers and people in higher ranks to please look into it and kindly take action on this issue. My CUGL CR No is 38560.

I am using the CUGL connection for Industrial use.
We are a MSME company and also registered with startup India.
being a small company, our major work is to manufacture efficient products for our customers and also maintain positive cashflow.
CUGL is one of our vendors which provides us with the gas connection which is very crucial for our industry.
however, the major flaw with this company is
i) no pre-information on the prices of the gas
ii) prices are revised every fortnight without any pre-information to the buyers
iii) credit period of only 3 days once the bill is issued (they also count Sat and sun has business days)
Now since the gas business is centrally issued business, our competitors are using gases from torrent etc which is much cheaper than CUGL and we can't even switch because of licence restrictions to the gas companies.
while there is zero support from the Cugl regarding this, we as business owners are suffering because of regulations.
what can I do to solve this?

I, we have a property in good location of bareilly at mini bypass Izzatnagar Bareilly. Your contractor/engineer had planted a gas junction in front of my property without my/our consent/permission, which is blocking the planned design of my dream house. I, we had made a written complaint to your office but it seems your personnel is not taking it seriously and making us mentally ill.
I/we have plan to start construction earliest but your equipment making it difficult to start. So, we request you to kindly take it seriously and remove the complete equipment from my plot front as soon as possible. I hope we do not need to approach legal help in this matter to make both in trouble. Kindly make arrangements to dislocate the box asap. Thank you.

CUGL meter installed but not connected to kitchen, so no able to use gas at home.
Dear Maám/Sir,
This is in reference to the gas meter installed at my home. The meter was installed but neither it was connected to the main pipeline not the pipeline was taken further to my kitchen/Stove. In-spite of repetitive request no action was taken till date. On top of it people from CUGL call me for payment of my meter. First of all, when I have not used the meter why will I, in any circumstances pay for it. Secondly, I am not at fault as the installation is incomplete, so I will not pay for any dues, as I have not used it.
I am the users who had opted for the Gas Pipeline way back in 2017, when it was introduced for the very first time in my area and also have issued a cheque of Rs.6000/- as security deposit, dated 10/05/2017. Since then I have been waiting and asking personnel to get proper installation done, but no action was ever taken. In-spite of this, I have also mailed to CUGL twice ([protected]@cugl.co.in on Aug 14, 2020 and [protected]@gmail.com on Jul 3, 2021), to get my problem solved but not action was taken.
Please look into the matter and I had also attached in proper photographs of my meter on my earlier mails to CUGL with details and facts on the problem. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Sir, the cugl contractor mr. Adarsh assured me of repairing d damage done infront of my house due to the piping of d line for cugl connection bt it's been two months n even aftr my continuous complaints to the kanpur project manager mr. Ram shanker n mr imran concerned person in unnao, as i'm resident o[censored]nnao, no body has bothered to repair d damage done by d concerned person! Infact thy mr. Imraan talks abruptly n defies us to complain to whom so ever it may be as no one will listen. Imagine sir this is how your staff interacts with the public. My c. R. No. D0025411. I paid the amount for new installation registration of cugl connection on 27 feb 2018 but till now no supply distributed in residence whereas bill has been dispatched by you on 29 apr 2019. I complained at your end telephonically with no positive reply. Why are you people cheating me? What is the problem with you? Disconnect my connection of cugl pipeline. Clear my advace amount. Cugl team is not liable

improper billing and inclusion of surcharge rs 1000 times without proper bills

This is to request you that i am consumer of cugl. Bills for my consumption were being sent in name of mrs. Praveena sharma who still don't have connection. Only 2 times, bill was sent in my name, those were submitted by me in given bank. I had met for several times to send my bill in my name with cugl officials including mr. Awasthi. Now, a bill have been sent to me in my name, when i visited to cugl office, i came to know that rs. 1000 surcharge has also been included in the bill, which is unfare. I was not given proper bills. Now i have to pay big ammount, including surcharge. You are requested to kindly remove surcharge or adjust it in future bills. Thanks
