I complete the details on 24-jan-2024 and yet no necessary action should place yet.
I complained 10+ times on custmercares including on the registered office number too but still no action yet.
I visited atleast 3 times in office located on satellite road bareilly but no further action yet.

I have applied for the PNG connection of CUGL Kanpur for domestic purposes on 4th July 2023.My application was accepted, and CRN No was generated as D0099664.

But till date (26th February 2024) there has been no progress on my installation process. I have emailed my grievances to CUGL customer care email and there has been no update or reply provided to me on my delay issue.

Furthermore, no update is provided...

My name is Anil Kumar. I have complained multiple times to CUGL Bareilly office regarding delay in my CUGL Connection but CUGL employees did not listen.
