Cugl — I'm complaining about high bill without using gas

The connection is on the name of my mother,

I'm not at my home from last 2 months, I closed the valves of gas also before coming, but then also without using gas, a bill of ₹1354 comes for bill period Aug 20 -sep 20 .
Bill number - DU00110315/10/2020
When i was not at home and not using gas then how bill comes ₹1354 ?
