I order 7plus but they send iphone7. I complaint then they told we take that phone and send you new 7plus iphone. After 4-5 days i get 7plus phone but its fake phone. I call so many time they told they revert n monday. 3 monday gone still i didnt get any better reply from there side.
Everyday i call them but they are not receiving call or not reply on mail.

I lost 40, 000 rs on this.
They told we are sending phone that we first check and then send. But its not working properly.
My sumsung guru has much better then that phone.
Not open camera. Camera quality is like chaina mobile.
Phone system is full hang.

Not open any apps.
They told they return this but now they are not replying on calls and on email.

Please help us.

I was paided 20, 000 Rupee's
Only starting stage (2days was good)
Bleddy ###### 3rd day mobile was fully Hanging still now, 100 time I was restart the mobile (per day)
Every day, every time was anging, charge also very worst just 1 hour the 100% will come 5% and switched off
I called customer care, They didn't pickup the call, and one day someone picked the call she was said, we didn't replace this, we didn't give any amount,
This is your problem, why you bought the product she asked to me.

The have given me a full dead mobile of iphone se. The are very much fraud and i[censored] have little bit of intelligence plzzz dont order any product. Their product are fully fake and not even they like to refund our hard owned money. I m in total loss but its my responsibility to aware other consumers. I would like to bring to your kind notice that my son has opened SB account in IOB Adambakkam Branch on 29.03.2016 and submitted application for ATM card three times vide A/c No.[protected], till now one year is completed they have not issued ATM card, this week I went and ask for ATM card, again they are asking to fill the application form and submit, every time they are asking to submit the fresh application to avail ATM card. Every time doing the same thing. I have submitted three times application to Mr. Krishna I do not know what they are doing . The whole branch staff's are not attending customers.

Therefore I request your good self kindly take necessary action and get the ATM card as early as possible. Since my son is doing Engineering he needs ATM card to get the money at any time.

Yours quick action in this regard will be appreciated.

when i got the mobile and unboxing the package
the mobile is look like used already.the charger is not working, headphone is also not working.
the operating system has also not worked.
either google store or IOS.
the configuration of mobile is not like that they mentioned.this is a fraud company.
we all have to FIR or report in consumer court for this website or comapny

Prodect is not good as per the specifications provided online, showing 16 gb but actually the product is only 2.33gb.

I m satisfied with the product delivered to me. I want to return the product and money to be returned to me.

I have received my iPhone 6 through FedEx courier dated[protected].when I opened it I was shocked to see that near camera it got damaged & felt bad.so, please kindly presolve my problem or replace it.

Dear, very much regret to write I bought this phone for Rs:11, 200. The device looks excellent as original, but the OS very horrible, once a day it must hang up, most of the features are not in built, touch is very hard. Some apps does not run. My heart feels cry on such a big payment.
I cannot either resell or replace. They refuse to replace. Apsooooos... Custom Deals must not cheat this way.

Hi!Everyone.I kindly request all not to buy any products from Custom Deals as the products aren't genuine and as per the specifications mentioned on their site.
Custom Deals Company, associates and their enployees are cheap and fraud.Don't believe them at all as they have duped many clients in the name of product specifications with thousands of rupees.
I have already lodged a Police Complaint against them under Section 420, 465, 467, 471, 472.
I request all those too file a complaint against them and Proprietor Aarti Choudhary who have been cheated by Custom Deals, so in future they do not lure and duped any person with thousands of rupees.

I have ordered i phone 6 and the product delivered to me on 27 july 2016. I had immediately contacted customdeal on same day for return and refund as the features mentioned website are not available in phone. But till date no revert has been received
I have paid 14500 plus 200 courier charges for the i phone 1:1 usa true clone ios8 with 4g, fingerprint scanner etc. But the phone received by me is not 4g and fingerprint scan is also not working. My main concern is 4g phone not received

I have ordered iphone 6 super high replica ios8 octa core -16gb when i received the mobile, the mobile box was already broken, charger is not working, screen guard was open... The mobile sent to me was used and battery is draining in an hour.

They had given me the phone (iphone 6s plus) which isn't even working properly for 14700 the sim tray is damaged in it, it says it has 64 gb in it but it has only 2 gb in it, apps are not working in it and more over the headfones are defective can't even plug in... If i won't get a proper response will case a file in a consumer court they have to return my money... I can't spend so much for such defective piece

I can buy s7 true clone its screen from left corner can be cracked its colour may be different and a huge thing its version may be lolipop and internal memory having only 2 gb it can hng alot and when we recivr the product its box is opened and piece can be switched on. I have placed an order for apple i phone 6s Clone to customdeals. when the product delivered the charger was found faulty and when contacted the supplier they simply said we do not give any guarantee or warranty to our products and these products are manufactured at China.

Similarly I have also ordered a apple smart watch clone model and they have delivered a some cheaper brand. when contacted they refused to entertain my complaint.

I had ordered a galaxy s5 super high replica from customdeals.In but i had received a faulty piece of it.In the phone, there are many problems : 1.In its description it was written that its internal storage is 16gb but in this piece it had 1gb only. 2. Its camera does not work, i am not able to click photograph n videos. 3.Internet is not working either with wifi or with mobile data. 4. It is very slow and keeps on hanging n heating 5. Its sensors are creating problems to operate the phone like the page scrolls automatically and i can not click on any app due to it. 6.In its description it is written that it has kitkat 4.4.4 but in this piece i got jelly bean

Their site says that they have a return and refund policy under 24hrs or whatever but when we call the customer care service they keep on asking the issues of it every time and on being angry and shouting they says that their is no refund policy here and slams their phone and i have called them a 50 times.

I will give the return and refund policy below in images be sure to not buy a product from it.

They mentioned 16 mp and front 5 mp camera in description of Samsung s5 true clone and wn i received the product i was literally shock to see the camera quality ws so cheap it was not even 2mp...After that i call them and told abt this then they were like we do not give any warrnty guarantee of the phone..and if its technical issue then only we replace it..This is so rediculous...they dont even care abt giving a proper product to the customer..They actualy cheat customer and they are fraud..

Please do take necessary actions again them and make them realize that wt kind of a job they are been doing by making fool to the customers..
