This company has duped me of 4000 + 300 visit charge and has not fixed my TV's issue. My TV used to restart at every intervals, they took my TV for a day and returned stating that the issue is resolved with a warranty of 3 months. However the issue was not resolved and the very next day I encounter the same problem.
They seem to be a repeated offender as per the trail complaints in the consumer forum. This needs to be seriously addressed as its the hard earned money which they are looting.
Please help to sort this out on priority and such companies should be strictly action-ed and put behind bars.
