Customer Support Centre — lg tv

I found their number[protected] as authorised lg service center on the internet and when i called them they confirmed that they were authorised lg service center. 450/- and return my tv as it was in condition however, the company name written on the bill is "customer support center" address is bungalow no 958, kamgar nagar, tilak nagar station road, kurla - e mumbai24
After checking for problem they told us part is damaged and said it will take one month to come and i asked them to re-fit as earlier and tried to complaint in lg for delay in parts then i come to know is that they misrepresented themselves as authorised service center for lg tv. I would have never got them to touch the tv if they had told me that they were not the authorized service center. They are fraud and cheater
