Hi, I have placed an order for 3 tops on 11th aug. I have paid the money through ccavenue. Expected delivery date was 1st sept. But didn't receive my order. I have raised various tickets on their site but no response. You can see the attached screenshots of the orders. I have sent a mail to its director [protected]@gmail.com. But no response from him as well. I think this guys are fraud, i have paid the money. Please help me to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered 2 boots on same price and same size but after a month, i revived my order and i will pay full amount but i revived only one pair of boots and for this regarding i call you customer no. but he no. always in hold and i send a many email to you but not any supportive revert from your side. even i have a cctv footage on open my parcel in front of my hotel gate.
Seriously this site make so many products but for customer side and their satisfaction they are just starting so much Negligence about their email and call.

We have a little doubt here. May be you have registered with a different email id on our website and hence we are not able to track the order. Nothing to worry though. Just mail us your order number or email id that you used while registering with us or even your registered contact number will solve the problem.
