I placed an order on streetstylestore, the product came but the size was small so i placed an Exchange request but the item was out of stock for the size that I wanted so I placed a return request and they said they will give me a CREDit voucher of the same amount of the shoes I can buy the next product against that. My order was picked up by their courier partner and after that they are telling me that my order is not picked up . They are saying that our delivery partner did not pick the order. I mailed Street style store and their delivery partner so mANY TIMEs and they are saying that your orders never picked up, it’s not my responsibility that they don’t have the record of my order picking up I mean this is ### now they have updated that I cancelled the request return. please help me, my order has been picked up one week ago and by their agent. Please take actions against this . There courier partner also . I am fed up . Refund my money.

I have ordered 2 products but i have not received my pending order. It is still showing preparation in progress why you guys are so pathetic when it comes to serve your customer.
The number that you have provided it is all the customer care executives are busy i wonder do you have even single executives to represent your company.

The website which says when you raise the query our customer care executive will assist you within 24-48 hours but i think in your life 24-48 hours is 24-48 years because till now i have not received it.

It has been more than a month or I would likely to say around 2 months and my order hasn't been delivered yet and the payment had also been done but the company is showing no response towards the query submitted to their site and neither pickuping the calls. Also it's not showing any kind of tracking no. Plz fix this up as soon as possible as it's already been too long.

I have placed an order with street style store, 3 dresses at 999. I have paid 1049 total amount by cc avenue payment method. Order placed on 12th sept 2018 and expected date was 3rd oct 2018. I waited till date but not received any response from them or didn't get my order yet.

I want my order or refund my money asap.

Their services are too bad, they never respond on time.

My bank of India account no. [protected], with IFSC- BKID0008814 has been debited with an amount of RS. 1049 wrongly.
As this was an online payment made to a retailer Street style shopping through company CC Avenue and payment mode was paytm, which was not processed.
Sir CC Avenue didn't receive any amount and order is also not confirmed only amount is debited to my account.
Kindly credit the amount back to my account as it is wrongly debited at your earliest.

I have placed an order for 3 tops on 11th aug. I have paid the money through ccavenue. Expected delivery date was 1st sept. But didn't receive my order. I have raised various tickets on their site but no response. You can see the attached screenshots of the orders. I have sent a mail to its director [protected]@gmail.com. But no response from him as well.
I think this guys are fraud, i have paid the money. Please help me to get my money back.

i ordered 3 pairs of shoes from streetstylestore.com on 03/7/2016, there was some size issue so i sent back. Instead of returning my money, these people gave me credit notes worth 1497 that were valid till 26 september 2017.

so i was relieved and that i can order again with those credit slips. after few months, i opened up their site, but it wasnt just opening at all, so i emailed them that u guys have my money and i want to order but your site isnt working, i can give you screenshots of those emails if you guys want

This month i tried to order again since the validity of credit slips was supposed to end in september (next month).
Then i saw that I HAVE NO CREDIT SLIPS, ...THESE GUYS ARE CHEATS AND FRAUDS. FIRST THEY DIDNT REFUND MY MONEY AND THEN THEY TOOK AWAY THE CREDIT SLIPS AS WELL

PLEASE HELP ME...I WANT MY MONEY BACK

IMPORTANT NOTE : I EMAILED THEM AND RAISED SEVERAL TICKETS MANY TIMES THIS MONTH, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE, THEN I GATHERED 4 CONTACT NO. OF STREETSTYLESTORE FROM GOOGLE BUT EACH THEY DIDNT PICKED UP MY PHONE...INFACT AFTER 6 7 CALLS THEY SWITCHED OFF THEIR PHONES...THEY ARE FRAUDS
