Cyberabad Police Traffic Branch — Wrong E-Challan

I would like to file a complaint on the Traffic Circle Inspector Mr.N.THIRUPATHI RAO, MINDSPACE, CYBERABAD. Today he have wrongly imposed penalty on my Vehicle No: TS 08 EJ 1384. E-Ticket Type: CYB2015ET2534305, Transacton No:[protected].Case No: ET[protected]DPR/64481. - EXACT SCENARIO: I take the short route from Gachibowli to Mindspace Rotary circle, and I have never seen any Divider for any U Turn till date. But today there was one which was suddenly created, so I took the U turn but taken a wrong turn towards the Main road of the Mindspace Rotary. I accept that I had taken a wrong turn, where Mr.N.THIRUPATHI RAO and his Team were waiting to catch hold of Traffic Violaters. I stopped by and was issued a Challan. I urget to make an online payment, for which Mr.N, THIRUPATHI RAO stated that Cyberabad Traffic Police do not have any E-Challans and I must make cash payment, lest they will seize my vehicle. Since I was not aware of these stupid rules, I ended up hunting for an ATM to withdraw money and pay the fine. After paying the fine of Rs.600/- ( for taking a wrong turn) I was surprised with the charges inposed on me. I have been charged Rs.100 for Wrong Turn and Rs.500/ - for DISOBEYANCE OF ORDER. When I questioned Mr.N.THIRUPATHI RAO that what was his so called Order which was Disobeyed, he spoke very rudely and started abusing. He also reiterated that I can do anything I want to and report to who ever I can, NOTHING IS GONNA MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE TO HIM. When I said that all these days there was NO U TURN at the Mindspace Rotary towards the Rolling Hills route and suddenly something comes up, ITS A BLOODY TRAP to catch hold of people like me.. I accept that I violated the Traffic, but there was no scenario of me disobeying his order, arguing with him or disrespecting the Traffic Police. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WHICH WAS DISOBEYING HIS ORDER.. He imposed this just to fine me Rs.500/- extra. I want justice, I want this kind of cops to be punished. Can you imagine the amount he could have collected by duping so many people like me. He should and must have only imposed fine for what was TRUE and not anything just for the heck of meeting his targets. Adding to the above, after making the Cash payment I noticed that the Receipt was a E-Challan, where in I could make an Online payment, but Mr.N.THIRUPATHI RAO troubled me to get cash. I urge the Cyberabad Traffic Police Department to take serious action on Mr.N.THIRUPATHI RAO and do justice.
