CYB10EC16117l70737 wrong Challan before few month showing 135 still 1035 i paying focus i paying meeseva centre slow my problem

I was not involved in any wrong side drive on 17th June 2017 and in the site it is mentioned as wrong side drive and spot challan of 1100 was imposed.I have reported in the website and the complaint number is 'CYB02TE[protected]'.

Please look into this and do the needful.

Sir, This is srinivasa reddy (I FACED THIS PROBLEM 2nd time)my vehicle number is AP28BM5341 TRAFIC POLICE RAISE A E CHALLAN ON 23rd August 2015 at 14:25 clock. and the E CHALLAN NO is "CYB2015EC1524937" but I have vehicle insurance and i took a polacy from national insurance company and it is inforce, validity is from[protected]:00hrs to[protected] midnight.and my vehicle polacy number is[protected] and i send the polacy doccument. Sir please kindly i request you pls check this details and do needful. Thanking you sir

Sub: Traffic – Non functional Traffic Signals at Kamineni Hospitals
Junction on L.B. Nagar – Uppal road – Reg.

I, D.V.S. Prabhakar Rao, resident of Southend Park Colony, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad would like to bring the following few lines for your kind notice and early action.

In the last 3-4 years, the number of vehicles traveling from Uppal X road to L.B. Nagar ring Road via Kamineni Hospital Junction have increased multifold due to the increased residential and commercial activities in and around the said area of L.B. Nagar. Long back Traffic Signals were installed at Kamineni Hospital X road Junction. Except one or two days trail run, the said traffic signals were not brought into function till date. Instead of traffic signals, one or two traffic police constables along with an unused Police traffic island were posted at the said junction. However, the merger strength of one or two P.C’s is unable to control the unruly commuters passing through the said junction from all the four sides viz (1) DSNR – L.B. Naar road via RTC Colony Road, (2) From L.B.Nagar to Uppal X road, (3) from Uppal Road to L.B. Nagar, from Sushma X road- Sahara Estates- Mansurabad to Kamineni Junction onwards.

It may not be out of place to mention that the Truck/Local Lorry etc. heavy vehicles and other four and two wheelers traveling on DSNR – Vanasthalipuram main road, from Uppal to Hayath Nagar are commuting on the 40 feet road adjacent to Big Bazar at Kamineni Hospital junction via Mansurabad – Sahara state road to avoid Police Check at L.B. Nagar ring road and Chinthalakunta check post thereby creating traffic havoc at Kamineni junction. In the past major accidents took place at the same junction and even the residents of our colony also lost their lives in such fatal accidents at Kamineni Hospital Junction.

As a regular commuter from Southend park, every day I am facing much difficulty in crossing the junction at Kamineni Hospital either as a pedestrian or on a two/four wheel vehicle and I feel that the same is the plight of all my fellow commuters who are forced to travel through the said junction irrespective of their age/sex/community and place of residence.

In view of the above, I request you to kindly look into the issue of traffic havoc at Kamineni Hospital Junction at Big Bazar on L.B. Nagar Ring road - Uppal X road and take necessary steps to check the traffic flow either by deploying some more traffic police personnel at the said junction or to make the existing traffic signals functional to avoid accidents and lot of traffic related problems for which act kindness we will be always thankful to you.

Dear I/C challan branch, o/o the commissioner of Police, Gachibowli-Cyberabad,
I am aged 75 years. A retired Officer of the Indian Postal Service. I purchased a Premier Padmini with Registration No.AP9H 1477 in the end of June 2006 from my neighbour and fell ill thereafter. One RTC driver was behind me pesuing me to sell the vehicle to him. He was the brother-in-law of another neighbour in my same colony. Thus on the day of my getting admitted in Care hospital, Nampalli I handed over the vehicle to him along with the required papers and original RC and received a cheque from him.
On my discharge from the hospital alive, I requested him to return the vehicle back to me, but he refused. Since then I did not bother about this transaction.
In your Notice received by me on[protected] it is shown that I am still remaining as the owner of the said vehicle. Hence it is clear that the gentleman who purchased the vehicle from me did not get the registration changed to his name.
The Registration of the said vehicle expired on[protected] and the vehicle is not eligible to run on the road.The offence of jumping the Red light at stop Line: R435/S177 is reported to have taken place on[protected].
Incidentally I found the same vehicle outside the compound of a low level house just in the adjacent lane of e-seva Centre, Karmanghat in the afternoon of 4-11-11 and when enquired some ladies told that no males are available in the house. I could not gather more information.
I do not have any objection if you seize the vehicle or get the registration suspended or canelled. Kindly let me know what further I can help you.And also guide me what I am to do further in connection with this vehicle.

In Your notice received by me on 22/2/2012 it is shown that my vehicle(AP29R 1579) voilation the traffic signal (signal jumping) at fruit market-LB nagar. on 10/1/2012. from last 10 years iam daily travelling on the main road of LB NAGAR TO NAMPALLY, from lbnagar to nampally there are number of traffic signals, i faced every day but not a singal time i was voilated the traffic Rules . but at fruit market traffic was operated by manually, insted of Traffic signals that you are issued a challan for vailation of signal jumping. if i voilated the signal jumping then where is the photo evedence showing my vehicle Regestration number, if you want to fullfill your target i can pay more what you pinalized me, but you donot make people harrasment with false challans

I received a challan in the month of April of 2009 for not wearing set belt and i have paid the challan .I lost my car registration certificate and i dont have xerox copy of my registration number .I have paid challan in e-seva and i got the FIR copy regarding that complaint after 1 month .I have applied for duplicate registration number in RTA kondapur but the system is not showing the data regarding my car and they are not issuing my car registration number . My car number is AP 9 AC 2349 . please suggest me the procedure to get my car registration number .

I received a letter yesterday saying I had jumped a red signal in ISB crossing on 7th August and was asked to pay Rs. 135. I was ok to pay although I am sure I have never jumped a red signal in my lifetime!! In fact I make it a point to stop on yellow itself.

I have paid this, but when I check in AP Online there are 3 more such challans logged for April, June and July which is ridiculous and all in the same junction. If I was regular traffic violater then I should have broken rules in different signal, why the same signal! I am not ok with this data and want some explanation. Please help.

Please note that the traffic signal in ISB junction does not work 95% of the time and mostly there is a traffic police regulating traffic. I don’t understand this whole concept of jumping red signal in this case!
