D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Bad behaviour of dmart hoodi staff

Today your staff in Hoodi screamed at me and my family continuously just because my 2 year old was feeling hungry and chose to open a makhana box and eat some. While I understand there are rules and if you allow one you allow everyone but the behaviour we had to tolerate was not tolerable after we have spent lakhs of rupees in your facilities over the years. Its not like we were openening all packets and eating and keeping back things. My child only opened one packet and we told him he wasnt supposed to do that and we also told your staff that we will pay for it when we checkout but at least 3 members from the staff came and screamed at us consistently in front of fellow shoppers which made us feel utterly humiliated and with a bad customer service.
