I, Rupesh Kumar Rai, purchased goods worth Rs 1181 on 25/03/2025 and made the payment online through Google Pay. UPI transaction id[protected]. The amount was debited but the slip was not issued and the goods were not given to me.
So you are requested to please refund my money.

      Double payment made, didnot receive refund

      Address: Dmart KPHB 5th phase

      Date of transaction -20th December
      Bill no[protected]
      Amount -2631.60
      The amount got deducted from my bank, however due to network glitch they did not receive the amount. They suggested me to repay the amount and confirmed that double payment will be refunded.
      The amount is yet to be refunded, please look into the issue....

      I bought Gillette Foam 50g (Thane Vasant Vihar) & went on a travel to remote place. To my surprise, the pusher wasn't in working condition & was unable to use the foam. I had an important meeting & was completely embarrassed being present in unpresentable conditions. Getting products outsourced is OK while have Quality systems in place. Please let me know where should I send the product for your team to have a look & put a CAPA in place. Also, please ensure Quality of products rather than just pushing the volumes!

        I have ordered a Cetaphil lotion today 500 ML priced 1275, dated 19 October 2024. The Seal of the lotion is broken, and it is all watery inside. This is a FAKE Product. I have been calling them on customer help number but there is no answer.

          Today 16/09/2024 I went to DMART A BLOCK AJMER RAJASTHAN STORE for purchasing grocery for a wile month, when I reached @ billing counter one of staff come and tell me you dont take more than two piece from all products, I said I have taken 3-4 pack some products like popcorn small packes and some more only, these is someone in your staff badly behave with me, I don’t like that behaviour to me, I goes Dmart store many times but today worst behaviour of your staff, I immediately cancelled my purchases from your super market, if you understood my complaint kindly take action with immediate effect

            Yesterday at[protected], me and mom visited dmart located at kanjurmarg west, mumbai: 400078. While we were waiting at billing counter for almost half an hour we got to know that they are not accepting online payments, they are just accepting cash payment and they didn't put any board signs on front, but still we were okay it's fine. Then we move to another billing counter and same after waiting sometime when they were doing there machine got technical issue, after billing when we were exiting the store the ladies at gate who stamps the thank you on bill where checking bill and reading like they know or they can see what's Inside our bag so we ask should I open it for you and then we call for manager for this all very much disturbance happening from counter to us.. We ask manager help us Or we'll complaint regarding this inconvenience, then he was like complaint where you want and he gave confidently he's name to us.. Now we are not getting help regarding our complaint on this dmart.

              Full description:
              Customer service at the cash counter was very bad. They are not treating in respectful way. I gave 500 Rs note, when I received the balance change, I noticed a 100 Rs torn note. I asked for another note, but the cashier made me to wait for a long time to get that 100 Rs even though she had the change with her. I personally have no problem to wait but the irritating part is she was very rude towards the customers. I noticed the same behavior with another customer standing behind me.

                  Dear D-Mart Palanpur Customer Service,

                  I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my recent purchase from your store. On July 2, 2024, I made a purchase of Rs. 1721 worth of groceries from your store (Order #[protected]. I paid for the order using my debit card. However, despite the payment being deducted from my account, I received a message from your store stating that the payment had not been received and requesting me to make the payment again.

                  I have already been debited for the amount once from other account via upi and I should not be asked to pay again. I request your immediate attention to this matter to resolve the issue and refund the extra amount debited.

                      Hi Team,

                      With an utmost disappointment making a complaint that DMart Ready pick up point which is in Wagholi is not ready to refund the amount and making us running from pillar to post.

                      I am the regular customer of DMart and purchase Goverdhan 1 ltr Milk Pack 3-4 times a week.
                      Recently I purchased a milk pack on 25/05/2024 which got spoiled however not made complaint with an intention that this would have happened once in a blue moon, but to my surprise when I purchased the packet on 27/05/2024 the result was same.

                      I made a complaint to DMart Customer Care where they lodged the complaint for both the days and clearly stated that to keep the Bill invoice and pic of the spoiled milk for reference to initiate refund of INR 100 (INR 50 x 2) which I kept it.

                      After a day a officer called me in the evening hours and informed that to visit the DMart point and can collect the refund. Fortunately I was near the pick up point only hence went to the authorized person and shared the reference number and also made the person talk to the customer care guy. But unfortunately the person denied to refund because I did not kept the milk pouch. When I stated that the customer care guy did not told me to keep the pouch and only asked to keep the invoice and snap of spoiled milk. The person spoke to the Customer Care officer but still he kept quite and made me stand and was continuing doing his work ignoring me. Later after sometime when I asked then he said that he can process refund irrespective of Customer care team send a mail to the pick up point to refund.
                      I again made a call to the customer care and informed about the issue. The team again investigated and after a day I got a call that the issue with pick up point is sorted hence to visit and collect the amount.
                      My wife visited the pick up point and shared the reference number but again the same story.
                      People standing over there seemed like we are begging the DMart to give INR 100 from their pocket.
                      Again the complaint was made to the Call center team and again after a day I got a call to visit the pick up point but Sorry this time I do wanted to wait and requested the officer to ask the authorized person from Pick up point to call me and inform to come and collect the amount. The officer assured to highlight the issue to senior management on Friday but I dont what happened after that.

                      This is now going into my nerves as there is no co-ordination between your internal teams itself. CC team says the refund will be given hence to visit the pick up point and the pick up point says they will not process refund and made me run twice and seemed insulted in-front of the other customers.

                      Request your intervention to take an action on Mr. Patil (authorized officer) and refund to be initiated along and I also demand Compensation for the loss of reputation and stress.

                      Feel free to connect with me for any discussion you want and expect the quicker resolution of this case else I would be forced to write to consumer court.

                        Today at around 9 am i bought elaichi banana pack for Rs. 90 from hiranandani powai outlet. went to counter no 2 from right. on presenting a Rs. 500 note the person told me that she doesnot have change and cannot dispense the product. I mentioned that it is her responsibility to get change from another counter and she still showed relutance. Fortunately the customer behind me helped with change and the issue was resolved. in the past also change for amounts of less than Rs.10 has been consistently requested by counter staff and many times i have had to forego 1 or 2 rupees. strangely, the counter person would never accept even Re. 1 less.todays behaviour was highly condemnable and would hesitate to shop at dmart.

                          Purchased dates from d-mart on[protected], Madurai, Tamilnadu branch, but was really surprised to see insects and worms which was crawling inside the date for which i have attached the pic and i made a video also and after that when i checked the box most of the date's were found with worms or insects, what if someone would have gotten sick by eating such products if something would have happened then who will be responsible for it. That too having purchased from a very known trusted brand which is d-mart, believing in its quality and service, but i am shocked to see that a brand like d-mart is compromising in serving the quality of product and failing in its initial job in identifying a good vendor and checking the quality of products before serving it to customers, Need d-mart officials to reply for it, how would they tackle this situation and make sure to there customer's that correct products are served in d-mart, because if in my scenario i am a very loyal customer of d-mart since a long time, but if incidents like this happen with me the surely i will loose trust in d-mart and would never recommend anyone.
                          If these is not fixed surely one day d-mart will have a sunset of its loyal customer, which will never rise.

                            Dear Sir/madam,

                            It is to bring to your attention that company like Dmart ready has not delivered the ordered through their portal. I have made the order on 5th May and scheduled a delivery for 6th morning between 7 am and 10 am which was not done. Their delivery agent called 5 times 9:45 to 9:50 which was missed as I was taking a shower. I called back at 9:52 on the number which was not picked up. Moreover I have contacted the back office as well at the same time and have asked for delivery which was ensured. As no feedback was given I called again at 14:05 and the second representative also assured for the delivery within the same day. Nothing happened and I called again today/ 7th May and asked the representative to give assurance for delivery within couple of hours which is not confirmed and hence asked for cancellation of order. I am still able to see my order as active and cancellation message is awaited.

                              I recently visited D mart.In the luggage storing section I told them to keep my some personal luggage (empty egg box) which is present in a small bag.They simply refused and asked me to keep it in your vehicle or hand it to any person that i know. So i am supposed to walk in the market with bare hands? or i always need to get my vehicle or a friend to hold them outside of mart? What kind of policy is this!

                                Dear sir/ madam,

                                During shopping on the 14/04/2024 7:35 Pm
                                One of the member from the staff has showing extreme u ethical behaviour along with talk with the unethical way where customer approach is famous in dmart.
                                My little brother tried a perfume bottle which is open and no where it’s mention as tester or any thing else.
                                The person has showing abusing language and along with manager behave rudly at the billing counter.
                                We were ready to shop but given threat of local person and etc.

                                Need basic ethical privatises to be followed at Dmart.
