I have been to d'mart rc puram, hyderabad today. I waited in a line for almost 20 minutes and when my turn came, a billing lady kept 'counter closed' board infront of me and asked me to move to next counter where 10 people are in a line already.

Please note that time was 7:59pm when the counter is closed. I have noticed 4 counters are closed at 7:59pm and when i asked management, he said that women/girls timings are till 8pm. I asked him why don't you have shift wise people? And, is it the answer to a customer? If billing timings are till 8pm why are you running store till 10pm??

Today i. E 30 december 2017 went to dmart around 6:00 pm. We searched for the trolley and it became difficult to find one after some time i requested one of the customer who is about leave and took the trolley from him. I wondered when i went inside the store 5 trolleys were placed a side by putting some cartoon box in the trolley. I questioned on of the employee of the dmart why the trolleys were kept aside where as customers are facing trolley shortage. I bought the mosquito bat one day back. At the mall the executive showed us spark. We bought it. At home since it requires 8 to 9 hours charging we charged the bat. Now that bat won't kill a single mosquito.

From last 3months i am doing online booking for daily home staff from d mart and from last 3 month receiving the goods at my home which is in mumbai only, now on 27/11/17 i had done an online booking and also paid the amount online and received confirmation of order and payment also, now on 2nd day received a sms that my order has been canceled from d mart as not reachable area for delivery and refund will take 10 to 15 days time frame.

As firstly i was receiving the same at same address and if their is such thing of area not reachable than they should have mentioned the same on site,...

Hi aishwariya here. There was wrong billing done in my bill. Rs 179 was charged extra for blanket where we had purchased only 1 blanket and in bill they have added the amount 2 times.

Request you to please check and refund us the amount of rs 179. For which we have been charged extra. If want me to send the screen shot will provide u the same too.

First i want thank dmart for being here in satara. However we satara customers needed more closing time at least for saturday sunday. Ur store getting closed earlier. From 8:30 ur staff from check in security asked us there is only 20 minutes are remaining plz hurry up. When we are going to purchase in short period ur staff whispers, billing counters are going to closed hurry up. Almost all customers are worried & asked their companion to walk out earlier & ur store going to closed before 9:30pm. We are request u to make the closing time 10 pm. Extremely rude lady selling ladies lingeries and night gown on first floor at d mart dahisar store. Not only she refused to accept the defective night gown bought from her for exchange, on telling her that we are not coming here to shop henceforth with such rude and unacceptable return policy of defective pieces sold by them, she has the guts to tell us "yaha bahot aate hain, ek tumlog ni aaoge toh hume koi farak nahi padega" extremely egotistical attitude with zero service to regular customers. Dmart at khoparkhairne navi mumbai. I priya is a regular customer of dmart. Today i bought a slipper and grocry items from the shop. At the time of billing the billingman told that there is no tag in slipper. So if you want to purchase the slipper go upperside and bring another slipper. I requested her that i have many items and i m alone here so plz send a staff to bring another set of slipper. But she rudely refuse and said then this is your problem. No help is provided to me and i came out from the shop without slipper.

I have visited on 24th october 2017 dmart and i have lossed my bag and home key in dmart bangalore jayanagara branch.
I enquired next day but store manager and staff they are not answering my question and they treat me very bad. They are not bother about customer and there is no proper guidance. Request you please take action and arrange my bag and home key. If something goes wrong in my house they only responsible.

The worst experience i have faced i bought a product nysa lunch box mrp was 203 and d mart price is 169 when we went to billing counter the biller was billing on mrp when asked for reason they told not to purchase the product. And when to manager she had no clue and they informed about the sap application and after that a lady officer told that she has lots of complaints like this and no applogise nothing straightway dnt shop....

Today we made a purchase of rs 6237.62 from d-mart store hongasandra,...in that one product cadbury chocolate for 47, we purchased only one but they billed for 3 quantity... We came home and we checked the bill then we came to know it was charged more quantity...

I went back and asked store manager and they check at counter and camera, they given the refund 94 but store manager was rude... If we don't check... It is like lost money... He didn't even apologize.. It was their mistake billed more quantity.. I have trust in d-mart sore, it is lost now... The customers who are purchasing...

I have bought some items in dmart, the cost will be more than mrp price, as they are charging gst on discounted price. For example pantene shampoo mrp was rs.230. Where as they are showing as dmart discount price as rs 190 and while billing they are charged 190+ 28% gst which costs to rs.243.3 which is more than mrp. Like that there are different products which are charged more than mrp.

As per the gst rules, the selling price should not be more than the mrp....

I've purchased fair and lovely fairness face wash 100 g at dmart vijayawada vide bill number[protected] dated 04.10.2017, vouc no 08-0133.

Manufactured 08/17.


It's totally waste product.

I never recommend public to purchase this type of cheap quality product from unilever.

Company is looting public money with cheap quality face wash.

Need my money back or give me a good quality face wash as earlier.

Hi, yesterday i purchased items from d-mart new panvel amounting to rs. 8005/- around 11.05p. M. After reaching home i realised that amount charged in the bill for bedsheets is excess. I bought 2 bedsheets of rs. 219/- & they charged me for 3. So my concern is how can i get refund? Pl. Let me know the process to get the refund at the earliest.

Hello all,

We had purchased thermosteel flask 500 ml from d-mart store located at ranip ahmedabad. We paid rs 299/- for that production.

When we have used that production first time we found that it is damaged the product. Top cover of the flask has just opened up with use of just 15-20 days. And also we use the flask to keep the tea it gets cold within 1 hour while the d-mart product has marketed that it will be hot for 24 hours.

This is sure cheating with the customer. I request all the people to beware of purchasing such items from d-mart. Poor poor...

Lady said you can’t try this you have to pick one from shirts which are reserved for trial. I bought a pack of eastern pani puri masala, at only 10 % discount when it is clearly written in the rack that all variants of eastern masala are given at 30 % discount. They should take care in labelling the offers and also pricing them at the time of billing. I think this is negligence by the dmart management, as they often fail to update the offers properly and manage the store....

Today on 9/11/2017 around 3.30 to 5.00 pm happened an incident, where my mother in law has brought some groceries form d-mart store and billing is done correctly and she proceed to exit counter. Then there she found some extra products in her baggage and she said that its not hers and she is willing to leave it there. But the dmart manager had shouted on her and called her she is a thief and she should be punished and wants to lodge a compliant to police and uses some abusive by language in front of all the people.in which she went to shock freezed to say anything and phoned me... Its a big plus...
