[Resolved] D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — DGZ AT 129C trimmer not getting charge since opening of the sealed cover

I tried calling on the phone no as well as i tried emailing the address mentioned over the product i purchased this product on 05jul from DMART HYDERGUDA HYDERABAD since it was precharged i had used it once and then when i put it on charging it is not getting charged and now there is no charging at all it is not working since opening, i informed the dmart hyderguda they directed me to contact on the no mentioned since then no resolution i need to replace the trimmer as it was a faulty since opening you may kindly advice on this issue and resolve it asap
