I order a pick up from smart link by online pay platform I did payment by google pay my amount was debited from my bank and credited toward BillDesk of dmart I have all the messages of Transaction complete but still dmart showing order cancelled

Didn't receive the order delivery yet

I had placed my order on 28th April and the payment is already done. I was supposed to receive the order on 2nd May between 8AM to 7PM, yet no signals of delivery. The customer service is also not responding.

Getting expired paneer packet

The payment has been successfully done through Gpay for Rs. 2763/- but in order status it shows that the payment failed and showing retry payment. Delay delivery and no response on customer care

I was expecting delivery on 26/apr/2021 however there is no communication of when it will get deliver my products. I tried contacting to customer care but there no answer of calls. I had tried calling them 17 times but it always got disconnect after mins and some seconds when i m on waiting on ivr for customer care.

Delay in Home Delivery

I had ordered products from Dmart Ready and it was scheduled to be home delivered on 26th April between 7 AM to 8PM. However we received a message at 4:30 PM stating that your order was not delivered, will get back to you shortly. Till now there isn't any update on our delivery nor is the customer care picking up the phone. Please look into the matter, either give us a refund or deliver it today.

Rude behavior staff

ToDay i went Hosur dmart shop, one staff name is kaviarasu, he is behaving rudely and speaking Unrespectly, I told to him you speak politely to customers but he is not hearing my words, he told my behaviour like that only and he said you go out.he think customers are street dogs, he's behaving like that only, I feel very bad. plz take action to him he will come and ask to me sorry....

Hi,
I had placed online order[protected]on Dmart Ready on 21st April. Home delivery date was 25th April between 7AM-1PM.
I got a message at 3:53 PM today that order is on the way for delivery and then another msg at 8:09 PM that order was undelivered and they will call back shortly.
However they haven't called back to update on status of the order and their customer care does not respond or take calls.

Delivery van arrived with only 10% of items on the said date and delivey slot i.e. 23.04.2021 between 7 am & 1 pm. However, the delivery boy requested us to return the items and would return the next day with total items as per our order.
We also complained the above matter to the customer service number who assured us that the items would be delivered to us the next day i.e. 24th april, 2021. Complaint no is 849786 dtd. 23.04.2021....

Misbehavior of staff member with customer

Address:Dmart (pickup point ), magzaon tadwadi , near sir elly kadoori school , mumbai -10 .

Staff member was misbehaving with me ...like there was no change money about 3 rupees to give to that member of dmart. I said I dont have now but everytime when i have I had gave you the change but today there is no change with me so i[censored] have change give the product.. but he misbehaved talked with me and said I have but I don't want to give u the product ...then I said that I pay the money for that product so u have to give it why not...?...br...

Transaction failed

Failed transaction at dmart

I purchased some product from D Mart and swiped my card for payment, but first time the transaction failed at store and my payment got deducted, they told me it will get refunded back into your account within 48 hrs, but its more than 72 hours still i didn’t got the refund, plz help...

I have ordered online grocery 6th April 2021, and paid online, Order No. 27428507, Grocery supposed to be delivered on 8th April 21, between time slot 9:30 to 120:pm, but messages were came for delay in delivery, we accepted but when we followed up in the evening than delivery boys calling and saying your address not found, then saying your order going to be cancelled, we have called to customer care many times but no response, one time connected...

Items not delivered and Dmart is not initiating the refund

My ordered items (order no.[protected] was due to be delivered on 30.03.2021, Tuesday. However till Saturday they have not delivered the items. Everyday they are making fake promises of delivering it next day and keeping me hanging. Today also the customer service boy told that it will be delivered till today evening. They are not even accepting the request of cancelling the order. People are very unprofessional at this place...

I have placed order on 31st march, it was supposed to be delivered on 1st April 2021 within 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

However I haven’t received any order and they are delaying it daily without any reason....
