D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Double payment made, didnot receive refund

The amount got deducted from my bank, however due to network glitch they did not receive the amount. They suggested me to repay the amount and confirmed that double payment will be refunded.
The amount is yet to be refunded, please look into the issue.
