D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — rice bag of 25 kg

I had purchased 25 kg rice bag of sona masoori processed by shubham paddy processors from d mart on 5-5-2018, secunderabad (Telangana) vide bill no[protected] dated 5-5-18.
When i opened the rice bag at home i found that the rice in the bag was rotten. I am attaching the photographs of the same for your information.
As the rice was rotten i we could not consume it and i had to buy rice at a local store.
I demand the rice bag to be replaced immediately with good quality rice along with compensation for the agony caused to me. D
