They have provided a product to me mentioning it’s a cooler and it works only as a fan. Not to be surprised that they would not add water and help you get it checked completely before you take it home. Once you are back to the store to tell them that it is not working fine they tell you to get it serviced and not replaced as the product may have gone wrong.
Why should a customer beat the cost of the product being faulty in a dayan time

Its very surprising that the store has started giving me a demo now after i have decided to return the product. Which is just a recovery stunt and not really customer service.

Moreover now the product is being gilded by the company mentioning it’s not their fault and they would not bear the cost of selling a wrong product.

The only thing I have with me is the bill coz the cooler is being held back by dmart and it’s staff.. it hasn’t been returned to me
If you gona bill large quantity from express counter then dont use express counter name, basket only is the logo hear but your employee accept trollies as well

My complaint is about the product i purchased a underwear brand vip on opening i found whole in the underwear. I have also complaint about milk wherein it has been spoiled i approached to dmart where they told to bring milk bag, when seconmd time i approached there with bag they told that i should come on the same day. I feel the officers are involved in these matters by taking bribe from suppliers & giving poor quality products/ rejected goods

      Hello,

      This is to inform i shopped from dmart today at location - "d mart building, 150 feet road, bhayandar west, mira bhayandar, maharashtra 401101" but a my debit card was swiped by two time 1st transaction was failure and second transcation was a sucess.

      But i was charged two times for a single purchase. On complaining to the manager from dmart he refused to refunded and forwarded the case to customer support and the customer support executive transfered the case back to manager.

      Being a obedient female customer having a indian nationality along with paying gst regularly i didn't wanted this convenience to occur. Therefore i would request you please take a strict action and help me recover my balance.

        We have stood in the line for quite long the billing is also happening but there is a board placed at the counter saying 'the counter is closed' but it is not placed when we stood in line the counter boy done all the billing who were infornt of me and suddenly stopped the counter, we requested him alot but he haven't done processed our billing even we tried to report it to your floor officer his attitude and behaviour is soo rude.. They were not in a position to hear us after some discussion they simply told to move to other counter.. This all happened to us at sanathnagar dmart on 5th june..

          They are closing the counters even though the flow is huge. Standing for hours in the queue and they had wasted almost an hour of time asking us to move from one counter to another counter finally no one is billing the things. Response from the management is also worst. Shouting at the customers and not allowing the customers to speak. Worst experience at the store

            My wife going to purchase today 4/6/2018
            and purchased some dry food and she paid money for it .when I reached I released her to go to home bz outside atmosphere like rainy.so she gave all collected materials then I go to counters no 5 for billing and that time counters lady she asked me for bill of dry food material with all material. Isaid bill gone with my wife but they didn't give me material.then asked wife to send purchase bill on whatsapp and it shown to Mr.Patil supervisor but he didn't allow to take it.then asked to check CCTV for clarification but he and his boss said it take two days so I left material there so I want justice for Insulting in front of people.

              I went to dmart yesterday just because of sunday it was heavy crowd on the billing counter, while billing the staff member swiped two times for the same thing, i realized the same, after coming to home.. The item was 2 kilo surf excel front load matic detergent powder pkt it's price is 314 rs/packet he counted it as 628 rs. What could i do?? Is there a way i can claim this amount

                Hi went d-mart on 3rd june, 2018 ramamurthy nagar d-mart. My kid purchase a toy that price is 199 and billed rs. 217. I observe this and went to customer support center there. They agreed the billing fault. We found this so, its corrected. What about those things that we will not remember the price?

                I visited d-mart with my 2.5 years old kid. He takes chips packet and was crying to open the same. He is a small kid and we can't allow him to cry that, for just a snacks. I open the packet by thinking that, it will be billed with other glossary. He executive level person came and arguing with me in rude manner that after bill only can eat. D-mart is not allowing card access for less than 100/- rupees. So, they have to find a solution before giving this type of instructions to their personnel.

                I have visited many malls in poland, dubai and in india also many malls. I have eat packed food and then it was billed. Malls should keep trust on customers and customers also need to maintain the dignity. But at least no one can compromise with their children's cry. The management should consider all these ground level difficulties before giving instructions to their staff.

                  Have bought kurta worth rs.599 from dmart on 14th may 2018 at first cold water wash colour has been faded and its not at all wearable... Store manager samir more is not ready to accept the return he says return policy is 7 days but this is not defect or size different of product which is been returned this is quality of material which is not good post washing... There is difference in returning the product... I am looking forward for support from team of dmart to accept the return of the product...

                    I had purchased 25 kg rice bag of sona masoori processed by shubham paddy processors from d mart on 5-5-2018, secunderabad (Telangana) vide bill no[protected] dated 5-5-18.
                    When i opened the rice bag at home i found that the rice in the bag was rotten. I am attaching the photographs of the same for your information.
                    As the rice was rotten i we could not consume it and i had to buy rice at a local store.

                    Hello this is abcd..
                    In madad link road dmart store some people selling lic policy with very bad language.. If you dnt entertain them they will insult you.. And this is very disappointing thing.. I remember 1 name that is manoj always force people to buy policy from him.
                    Never had such bad experience in gujrat.. Sorry mumbai dmart..

                      First, i was being stopped rudely at the entrance and despite me carrying an empty bag that too of d mart as my mother is a loyal customer. Then when i requested that it is an empty bag and i am here to buy only two things so you should not have any issues or doubts about stealing! The guards asked me to go back to baggage counter outside in 45 degree heat! I asked them to make me request the manger and then arrived mr bhatt who was more rude than the guards! He said though it is not written anywhere and though i am actually carrying the d mart empty bag - i still have to go outside to baggage counter and do this. The tone was very rude and the words were "no matter what others do, we always have this rule here - everyone has to follow and hence you also must go out!". Shocking moment as for someone who is so used to grocery shopping, it was a first of its kind experience. I did as mr bhatt ordered, came into the store - picked up your mango merry drink (Not sure why my mom like your store, price i guess!) and pouch of your confectionery (Which i struggled finding and the lady who i requested just bothered as much to tell me that it will be somewhere in a set of racks!). Worst, for 3 items and a bill value of inr 104, i had to stand in a queue for 10 min, not because your store was flooded with shoppers - because you decided to operate only one express counter out of 3. I requested mr. Bhatt again and not to my surprise, he ignored and went on with his stroll. I could sense amazing arrogance and for the rest of the shopping, i went to a star bazar store - 1 km away from your store - trust me; the service and experience was completely opposite to your store. Obviously, i am not coming again. Surely, i will ask my mom to stay away from d mart but for a company who has so much of public interest and trust in a short span of time - i wish you luck for sustaining your success in coming time!

                      Expected resolution: not sure how you will improve your service standards, maybe a round of training to mr bhatt and his gang!

                        Virar west branch executives are dam rude, dis is not way to talk to a customer, ur executives says meherbani nahi kar rahi he samaj ta nahi he kya. What the hell is this, we are dam hurted by dis and the worst thig that lady was without batch, we are not ur servents we buy products only because you guys provide good deals that doesnt means you treat us like anything.

                            My bother had purchased a 2 skybag at your nanded branch on 13/5/17, it is having one year warranty. Now i find there is a problem with its lock (Chain) system and some stretching with its cloths. So i had visited yesterday & discussed with customer care person. First he rejected and said we dont have any responsiblity about warranty you direct contact to skybag. The way he was talking was arrogantly. When i said to call your senior manager and asked his name he was also supporting to his staff and said "jo karna hai kar lo". I was handed over the bag to mr. Rahul (Store keeper)

                            I had even spoke to the store manager (Mr rahul) why you protect your arogant satff, he said we have to face 1000 of customer for sale. I hope this is not a proper answer given by rahul and no proper action is been taken by him.
                            Later he was ready to collect bags and given inward no. 56 on rough paper and said we will inform you after telephonic talk with skybag customer care either the warranty is for lock (Chain) or bag clothes.
                            I hope your proper action and possitive response not only will help me but also to learn your staff.

                              I had purchased a skybag suit case (4202 skybag mint) at your kushaiguda branch on 28th april, 2018 with v. No: s[protected] & now i find there is a problem with its lock system so i had visited & handed over the suitcase to mr bharat (Dm) on 13th may, 2018 with the warranty card.

                              I had even spoke to the store manager (Mr sunil) on phone ([protected]). No proper action is been taken by them.
                              Mr sunil told me that either you would get a refund or the product would be replaced & also told me that mr bharat (Dm) will call me which he did not.
                              Later when i called mr bharat he started suggesing me to handle the situation with skybag as you are oldy a mediator to sell.
                              I am annoyed speaking to them.
                              Kindly help me either with a replacement or a refund.
                              Looking forward for a prompt & effective dessision from your end immediately.

                                I've purchased groceries of worth rs.1527/- from your store at moosapet on[protected] and piaf the bill by swiping my andhrabank debit card, number ending with,...3617.
                                First time there was a server issue, so the bill was not processed, but amount got deducted from my account... Second time amount was processed nd bill was generated...
                                I'm attaching screenshot of my statement and the picture if the bill too..

                                Kindly check and process the refund of my amount into my account, as u have an emi clearance in a couple of days...

                                  On dated 12/05/2018 i visited demart store at kanjurmarg, i bought 25 ltrs gowardhan milk, 10 bottles of thumsup and other household goods at billing counter i was told that they will not allow me to take 25 litres of gowardhan milk and 10 bottles of thumpsup, i asked them reason for it they said me that other customers should also get i told them that you should place on counter that limited no quantities is allowed. After wasting so much time at billing counter u are saying this i ask them under which consumer act this rule is being practice they did not reply

                                    This guy is absolutely rude. Using fowl languages and does not know how to treat female. Was shouting at me in front of entire crowd, i could have slapped him there but it would have got intense. He has no way to treat customer and i am expecting a strict action against him.

                                    Even the management is not good. Long queue. Most of counter are always closed. Only few counters one. That was still managable but such behaviour is appealing and unapologetic. I will never shop from dmart again and would also bad mouth about dmart and would never encourage my known persons to shop fro such pathetic service centered market. Disgusting. Off brand service. Thumbs down..

                                      Hello team,

                                      Today me and my family had been to d mart store belgaum. Actually we were planning to purchase salt of 20kg bag but the staff said only 50kg bag is available. I agreed on it as it would be easy for me to carry. I took tata salt worth 50kg bag. (1kg per packet).in the billing counter the stores manager - chandrakanth indulkar denied from giving me the 50kg bag and told the billing executive not the provide. When i asked him the reason he said he can give me only worth 10kg with a very rude tone. When asked him the reason he said go ask the ground staff. Why it was not told to me in advance before i took the product from the ground staff to the bill counter.
                                      Really unhappy with the service provided by the stores manager d mart belgaum.

                                      I have even written the complaint at stores complaint book.

                                      Please look into the issue and do the needful asap.
