Have bought kurta worth rs.599 from dmart on 14th may 2018 at first cold water wash colour has been faded and its not at all wearable... Store manager samir more is not ready to accept the return he says return policy is 7 days but this is not defect or size different of product which is been returned this is quality of material which is not good post washing... There is difference in returning the product... I am looking forward for support from team of dmart to accept the return of the product...

    rice bag of 25 kg

    I had purchased 25 kg rice bag of sona masoori processed by shubham paddy processors from d mart on 5-5-2018, secunderabad (Telangana) vide bill no[protected] dated 5-5-18.
    When i opened the rice bag at home i found that the rice in the bag was rotten. I am attaching the photographs of the same for your information.
    As the rice was rotten i we could not consume it and i had to buy rice at a local store.
    I demand...

    Hello this is abcd..
    In madad link road dmart store some people selling lic policy with very bad language.. If you dnt entertain them they will insult you.. And this is very disappointing thing.. I remember 1 name that is manoj always force people to buy policy from him.
    Never had such bad experience in gujrat.. Sorry mumbai dmart..

      Description:
      First, i was being stopped rudely at the entrance and despite me carrying an empty bag that too of d mart as my mother is a loyal customer. Then when i requested that it is an empty bag and i am here to buy only two things so you should not have any issues or doubts about stealing! The guards asked me to go back to baggage counter outside in 45 degree heat! I asked them to make me request the manger and then arrived mr bhatt who was more rude than the guards! He said though it is not written anywhere and though i am actually carrying the d mart empty bag - i still have to go outside to baggage counter and do this. The tone was very rude and the words were "no matter what others do, we always have this rule here - everyone has to follow and hence you also must go out!". Shocking moment as for someone who is so used to grocery shopping, it was a first of its kind experience. I did as mr bhatt ordered, came into the store - picked up your mango merry drink (Not sure why my mom like your store, price i guess!) and pouch of your confectionery (Which i struggled finding and the lady who i requested just bothered as much to tell me that it will be somewhere in a set of racks!). Worst, for 3 items and a bill value of inr 104, i had to stand in a queue for 10 min, not because your store was flooded with shoppers - because you decided to operate only one express counter out of 3. I requested mr. Bhatt again and not to my surprise, he ignored and went on with his stroll. I could sense amazing arrogance and for the rest of the shopping, i went to a star bazar store - 1 km away from your store - trust me; the service and experience was completely opposite to your store. Obviously, i am not coming again. Surely, i will ask my mom to stay away from d mart but for a company who has so much of public interest and trust in a short span of time - i wish you luck for sustaining your success in coming time!

      Expected resolution: not sure how you will improve your service standards, maybe a round of training to mr bhatt and his gang!

        Virar west branch executives are dam rude, dis is not way to talk to a customer, ur executives says meherbani nahi kar rahi he samaj ta nahi he kya. What the hell is this, we are dam hurted by dis and the worst thig that lady was without batch, we are not ur servents we buy products only because you guys provide good deals that doesnt means you treat us like anything.

          I am cheated with d mart shivranjani, ahmedabad. My shampoo bottle was totally half filled. People is believing in you and you are making fools. I want my money. You people are too cheater really. You only making fools. I would not like to use dmart from now. This is totally cheating. You are truly cheater and liar. I am advising all please dont go to d mart

            My bother had purchased a 2 skybag at your nanded branch on 13/5/17, it is having one year warranty. Now i find there is a problem with its lock (Chain) system and some stretching with its cloths. So i had visited yesterday & discussed with customer care person. First he rejected and said we dont have any responsiblity about warranty you direct contact to skybag. The way he was talking was arrogantly. When i said to call your senior manager and asked his name he was also supporting to his staff and said "jo karna hai kar lo". I was handed over the bag to mr. Rahul (Store keeper)

            I had even spoke to the store manager (Mr rahul) why you protect your arogant satff, he said we have to face 1000 of customer for sale. I hope this is not a proper answer given by rahul and no proper action is been taken by him.
            Later he was ready to collect bags and given inward no. 56 on rough paper and said we will inform you after telephonic talk with skybag customer care either the warranty is for lock (Chain) or bag clothes.
            I hope your proper action and possitive response not only will help me but also to learn your staff.

              I had purchased a skybag suit case (4202 skybag mint) at your kushaiguda branch on 28th april, 2018 with v. No: s[protected] & now i find there is a problem with its lock system so i had visited & handed over the suitcase to mr bharat (Dm) on 13th may, 2018 with the warranty card.

              I had even spoke to the store manager (Mr sunil) on phone ([protected]). No proper action is been taken by them.
              Mr sunil told me that either you would get a refund or the product would be replaced & also told me that mr bharat (Dm) will call me which he did not.
              Later when i called mr bharat he started suggesing me to handle the situation with skybag as you are oldy a mediator to sell.
              I am annoyed speaking to them.
              Kindly help me either with a replacement or a refund.
              Looking forward for a prompt & effective dessision from your end immediately.

                I've purchased groceries of worth rs.1527/- from your store at moosapet on[protected] and piaf the bill by swiping my andhrabank debit card, number ending with,...3617.
                First time there was a server issue, so the bill was not processed, but amount got deducted from my account... Second time amount was processed nd bill was generated...
                I'm attaching screenshot of my statement and the picture if the bill too..

                Kindly check and process the refund of my amount into my account, as u have an emi clearance in a couple of days...

                  On dated 12/05/2018 i visited demart store at kanjurmarg, i bought 25 ltrs gowardhan milk, 10 bottles of thumsup and other household goods at billing counter i was told that they will not allow me to take 25 litres of gowardhan milk and 10 bottles of thumpsup, i asked them reason for it they said me that other customers should also get i told them that you should place on counter that limited no quantities is allowed. After wasting so much time at billing counter u are saying this i ask them under which consumer act this rule is being practice they did not reply

                    This guy is absolutely rude. Using fowl languages and does not know how to treat female. Was shouting at me in front of entire crowd, i could have slapped him there but it would have got intense. He has no way to treat customer and i am expecting a strict action against him.

                    Even the management is not good. Long queue. Most of counter are always closed. Only few counters one. That was still managable but such behaviour is appealing and unapologetic. I will never shop from dmart again and would also bad mouth about dmart and would never encourage my known persons to shop fro such pathetic service centered market. Disgusting. Off brand service. Thumbs down..

                      Hello team,

                      Today me and my family had been to d mart store belgaum. Actually we were planning to purchase salt of 20kg bag but the staff said only 50kg bag is available. I agreed on it as it would be easy for me to carry. I took tata salt worth 50kg bag. (1kg per packet).in the billing counter the stores manager - chandrakanth indulkar denied from giving me the 50kg bag and told the billing executive not the provide. When i asked him the reason he said he can give me only worth 10kg with a very rude tone. When asked him the reason he said go ask the ground staff. Why it was not told to me in advance before i took the product from the ground staff to the bill counter.
                      Really unhappy with the service provided by the stores manager d mart belgaum.

                      I have even written the complaint at stores complaint book.

                      Please look into the issue and do the needful asap.

                          I have done a purchase under cin l51900mh2000plc126473 for rs 6412.95 on 21apr18 morning from ramamurthy nagar outlet bangalore and they said the swipe machine is not working and used two cards of mine for payment and the swipe machine showed payment from one card but i got debited from my both sc and hdfc cards for the same amount. I tried calling them now, call not connecting. Can you please do the needful to return either one of the payments.

                            My brother has purchased 2 underwear for me 1 is cutdryer and other one is full size underwear but cut dryer is good but full size underwear is too small. Actually i told him that my cutdryer size is 80 and he brought cutdryer and full size underwear both are 80 size so i want to exchange my full size in 85 size.                             I purchased a Crompton LED bulb on 24/07/2017 which is in warranty period from your TRITON MALL store at Jaipur. But when I go to change this product as it is not working but they refuse to change it. They are saying that this bill number is not in our records.                               Newly started D Mart is started parking charges in Guntur. I visited and purchased in many D Marts such as in Hyderabad and Delhi. I didn't pay any charges for parking purpose. But here in Guntur they charged. And they haven't any etiquettes of behaviour with the customer. And they didn't give any explanation about parking charges.And they given unrelated coupon.

                                I have taken item 'prill' of mrp 165/- rupees. However on bill amount 610/- was written. After checking the tag of dmart on this item it observed that amount of 610/-was stick on product of worth mrp 165/-

                                Very much disappointed by this since i am regular customer of dmart and first time i have checked the bill and found this non sense.

                                You can predict how much dmart is 'looting' by this technique as many people taken almost a bucket of product in weekly visit

                                This is absolutely not expected from dmart.

                                What i want: i want proper bill with return of extra looted money.

                                  Divyesh patel here from Anand. I went to d mart in v v nagar area. I am a regular customer. I saw granite matcha d tox face wash in only 145 rs and they are charged me 175. I checked it twice but they didn't change the price in a shelves. Cashier is very ridiculous and she was standing last from exit door.she called a supervisor but supervisor told me the ingredients was different so these comes in 175. I am not a fool guy I said u check d price but they didn't. Ridiculous service. Next time hire someone with a good manner . I need a reply from d mart . I didn't buy that item because of price. No good service. Very upset.

                                    D-mart at kopar is beco. Bad to worse..it has customers coming in ang billing to physical attack and slap others for no reason.please check camera footage at around 4:15pm evening a customer almost provoke me into a very cheap fight while the staff at counter just looked on, and slow and careless staff attend at counters.Am too much disappointed pls do the needful..and let me know what is done bout the horrible incidence of today.the queue at entrance is poorly manged ..I suggested better service by a simple way but they just do not bother to implement

                                      This store is not mnc outlet its just a less than a fish market even where systematic found. There is no proper q line maintained in this store both separate for cash and another for card line is essential. What security surveillance this store only knows to their managements in case of wrong q public and those are with cash tender are commonly billing to front even q line public are present. And what this store is doing nothing they want only billing billing just and nothing more then why these type of stores exist in cities or good market places. Better to shift such stores in other areas. People comes shopping to do shopping and not for rift if cash customers behave such way and even now this store fellow also show off as there wont be any proof for the those cash customers who behave like a miscreants at the q line against to other q line peoples in case issues who will be responsible and normally cash customers are coming in one person only whereas in case card customers normally comes with family people and these hell things if happen at the expanse of these hopeless stores and some miscreants cash customers then... Whom to ask...
