D-Mart — Refund of amount not made yet after 5 days

On 31st august at around 9:40 i purchased articles from bommasandra store, bangalore worth rupees 648.90 i offered my debit card for swipe.Twice the card was swiped by the billing person incharge and twice the same was told as declined. But the amount got debited twice from my union bank account no 3011xxxxxxxx515 but they told we did not receive any and the same will be auto refunded in 3 days and at the end i had go to an atm get cash and do the billing again cin : u51900mh2000plc126473; c.M.
