[Resolved] D-Vois Communications — los light red / fiber cut

- uninterrupted and stable connection.
- in the case of impediments a faster resolution and polite response from customer care/local office person.
You will have to perform efficiently and attend daily meetings with a stable internet connection and without any connection drops.
I am using ssv ion connection since 2012 and till now i have referred many friends to use ssv ion as there isp.
It's common to all isp to face internet connection drops. But what stands them out of the crowd is the way they handle the complaint and provide resolution.
From the last few months, i was facing frequent connection drops. After consulting with ssv cc i installed a new route, but still, the issue persists.
When i raised the complaint on the ssv ion app the ticket status gets changed to resolved without any acknowledgment or proper resolution.
When i visit the local office (Koparkhairane, navi mumbai) for resolution on my complaint they are simply taking granted the customer to adjust on the same issue by procrastinating, the staff in the office are unprofessional they don't have manners and knowledge of how to handle the customers.
My issue is still not resolved and waiting for a technical person to visit and resolve the issue. I joined newly in the organization and it's an initial 1st month. I can't bear the escalations or any work loss only because of internet issues which are a really bad impression. Please help me to get out of this.

I have visited the local office many time. Even this is not enough to resolve so that I called Customer care many times. Taken follow up on hourly basis. After then they came to fix the issue.
