I have been chasing the Local office and customer care for the LOS light red issue since more than 2 months, earlier they said that due to Lockdown we are working with reduced strength and it will take some more time to resolve the issue. It was understood at that time but now there are no lockdown restrictions abut still the behaviour of the local office [Shop Number.3, Surya Kiran Apartment, Sector 19, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400614] is same.
When i raised the complaint on the ssv ion portal the ticket status gets changed to resolved without any acknowledgment or proper resolution. I have also raised the request again but still no response is being provided for the same.
Please help me to get out of this.
