I paid for broadband internet service on 7th Feb-22 and the wound-up their operations in our area and not refunding the money that i paid them. Even after 6 weeks of rigorous follow-up, as on 25th March-22 these cheats are not refunding my money. On emails, i get standard response that the matter is escalated to concerned team. The concerned team is non-responsive

    D-Vois communications is providing the landline connections along with the broad band. I have opted for both the services and paid the annual charges for Land line connection. Now since 2 months my landline is not working and they are not bothered to activate the same and every time the engineer visit and say that they do not have router for landline connection. I have paid the entire year charges and now I am on their mercy to do the connections again. My parents are very senior citizens and unable to use mobile and for the same I opted for land line connection. Request for your interference in solving the issue

      Pathetic, Disgusting, worst service one can ever witness. Try calling on any No. Most of the time there will be no response only ringing and auto mode replies, worst part is there is no intimation whenever connection is down, when you try their local No. they will keep the No. on busy tone till the time the issue is resolved at their own space once resolved only after that No gets contactable.       I am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

            Ur i-on net service is very bad in mumbai malad area. U area manager of malad sunder nagar is very stupid and very unresponsive guy. He has promised me for fiber connection all day but he is not picking my phone now. And He is telling to go for another company for internet. I have been i-on for 3 years but now I want to change my net bcoz of that guy. So please take action against that guy who is not fit for that post which company has giving him. His name is vivek and he is area manager of malad sunder nagar branch in mumbai.

                I had called Ion executive yesterday (15th June 2021) to complain regarding the service down issue. I was on call for more than 5 minutes and he did not even raise a ticket for my complaint. I came to know about it when I called today again (16th June) to know the status of my complaint. Surprisingly, I was told that there is no ticket raised for your yesterday's issue.

                I am out of internet for more than 36 hours, now.

                Since last 15days they are not giving service, when I asked to refund money they are saying they don't refund money, don't know what to do next. I have taken 1year plan from them so can't leave my money also.

                  Connecting with the team since Friday & calling them everyday. My neighbour has the same connection & it works fine for them. So it means there is some issue with the wiring. But the lady just says we have registered complaint & will be sending someone but nobody has turned up.
                  Our plan is due for renewal too but since the service is not good we are going for a monthly plan & would eventually discontinue after we find a good service...

                  I am getting issues with the Internet since[protected], its been 13 days and they are not picking up my call.
                  Whenever I put ticket for issues, next day it gets resolved without any fixes.
                  All my tickets since[protected] are being resolved without any resolution or fixing the issue. The issue is with Internet connection it is disconnecting every 20 minutes and it is very hard to have stable connection.

                  Thrice I raised the ticket that the speed is very slow. The speed test showed upload speed is zero still there is no resolution to this issue. No engineer turns up for checking the problem. The speed is not as promised. The contact number of he engineer displayed on the support is always switched off.

                  But while taking money, the connection is disconnected even if there is a delay of single day. This is the problem faced by...

                  I raised a ticket on 31st Aug. Till date status is 'not started'. Customer care doesn't hae ETA. The engineer assigned to the ticket - His number is switched off.

                  The frequency of breakdowns has increased and there is no permanent resolution being given inspite of multiple followups....
