Hi,
I have done online payment for account renewal in 4th Jan 2023 in morning around 10 AM
Customer ID - H141834

Amount is debited from my bank account with Transaction Id[protected], still my internet is showing status as inactive.

Called Customer care more than 10 times they say to mail details to
customercare.[protected]@i-on.in.
I have mailed around 20 times with all details with payment screenshot, transaction status still I have not received any response on mail.

Customer service is useless, very pathetic and unprofessional service.
I have been without internet from yesterday even after paying money.

All my work is getting affected, I tried explaining this to customer care they just ignore and now they are not even responding.

      Tax Invoice No 27-MHTIN/179514 was issued to me on 10.10.2021, but the GST credit on the same is not reflected on the GST Portal. My GSTIN Number is mentioned on the Invoice still the credit is not visible. Request you to kindly upload the invoice on the GST portal so that the ITC can be taken

        I paid for broadband internet service on 7th Feb-22 and the wound-up their operations in our area and not refunding the money that i paid them. Even after 6 weeks of rigorous follow-up, as on 25th March-22 these cheats are not refunding my money. On emails, i get standard response that the matter is escalated to concerned team. The concerned team is non-responsive
        I want complete refund of INR 1380

          D-Vois communications is providing the landline connections along with the broad band. I have opted for both the services and paid the annual charges for Land line connection. Now since 2 months my landline is not working and they are not bothered to activate the same and every time the engineer visit and say that they do not have router for landline connection. I have paid the entire year charges and now I am on their mercy to do the connections again. My parents are very senior citizens and unable to use mobile and for the same I opted for land line connection. Request for your interference in solving the issue

            I had a disappointing experience with ION Internet - D-VoiS Communications Private Limited, and even after my multiple requests, I have not received refund of the payment which I made for the service.
            The team visited my house (on 29th Nov’ 21) and they have drawn a wire from the terrace to my room. They tried using/configuring my own modem (Syrotech Modem) to make the internet connection, but they failed to do so. And they left saying they'll return the next day.
            The next day, (30th Nov’ 21) I tried contacting their office but nobody answered my calls. I had sent my brother down to the company's office but to our surprise nobody was present there. We did not get any response from I-ON regarding the internet service at all.
            On, 1st Dec 21, I called the Supervisor (Mr. Rohit Ghonte) and requested him to cancel the subscription and refund the amount paid to I-ON. Later he informed me that the refund process is initiated soon. But there is absolutely no progress on the issue till date.
            The company has wasted a considerable amount of my time. (THROUGHOUT THE 3 DAYS, WE DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET SERVICES THE COMPANY HAD PROMISED WHILE TAKING PAYMENT)
            EVEN AFTER MAKING MULTIPLE REQUESTS BY CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM OF THE COMPANY AND THE SUPERVISOR OF KOTHRUD, PUNE OFFICE (Mr. Rohit Ghonte), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND
            I have attached the invoice of payment made to I-ON (D-VoiS Communications Private Limited).

              This is regarding our recent renewal with i-ON internet plan.

              We have purchased the SME 100M1800G 365L-2M Plan on 21st September, 2021 of Rs.15000/- for 365 days of an internet plan.

              Service details are as under:
              Customer ID: H737294
              Registered Mobile No.:[protected]
              Registered Email: parag.[protected]@emgindia.in

              Plan Name: SME 100M1800G-365L-2M
              Days: 365 (121 days used and 244 days remaining till date)
              Data: 1800 GB
              Speed :Up to 100 Mbps

              And we were not able to use the internet. So we contacted I-on Internet Service customer care. They told us that i-ON is not providing service in Thane City anymore and has been converted to Trunet Internet Service.

              We have followed with the customer care team too many times without any satisfactory response.

              Moreover, without any further notification of conversion, i-ON stopped providing services to us after accepting money from our end.

              Hence requesting i-ON to kindly refund our amount on an immediate basis.

                Pathetic, Disgusting, worst service one can ever witness. Try calling on any No. Most of the time there will be no response only ringing and auto mode replies, worst part is there is no intimation whenever connection is down, when you try their local No. they will keep the No. on busy tone till the time the issue is resolved at their own space once resolved only after that No gets contactable. Customer is solely on their mercy. One has to loose their hard earned money and they don't even care about compensating the No. of days or hours one has lost due to disconnection or discontinued services due to their technical or other issues.

                  I am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

Last month I had faced a lot of internet issues and I called to the consent persons contact no.([protected], [protected]) they are not responding and their behaviour is very rude on call whenever I used to call they will say I will send the person but no one will come but from outside they will call and tell to do that settings like take that wire and remove and check or router is working or not and again happening the same issue even yesterday also same issue and today also I was even know also if I contacted the ion helpline of vijayawada no one will will pick the call or it will be very busy when ever I asked they will we can't do anything i[censored] want u can be or else your wish it is line problem and in my carrier I had not seen such type of people like ion network and worst internet I will not at all will be from next month this is very ridiculous response from your team I know your network will not provide the internet properly at any time compare to other networks it is worst network might be it is my mistake o[censored]sing from next month onwards I will go to Act because there is no internet issues and the response is very good

                          Ur i-on net service is very bad in mumbai malad area. U area manager of malad sunder nagar is very stupid and very unresponsive guy. He has promised me for fiber connection all day but he is not picking my phone now. And He is telling to go for another company for internet. I have been i-on for 3 years but now I want to change my net bcoz of that guy. So please take action against that guy who is not fit for that post which company has giving him. His name is vivek and he is area manager of malad sunder nagar branch in mumbai.

                              I had called Ion executive yesterday (15th June 2021) to complain regarding the service down issue. I was on call for more than 5 minutes and he did not even raise a ticket for my complaint. I came to know about it when I called today again (16th June) to know the status of my complaint. Surprisingly, I was told that there is no ticket raised for your yesterday's issue.

                              I am out of internet for more than 36 hours, now.

                              Your customer care closes at 9 pm. How and where can the issue get resolved?

                                  Connecting with the team since Friday & calling them everyday. My neighbour has the same connection & it works fine for them. So it means there is some issue with the wiring. But the lady just says we have registered complaint & will be sending someone but nobody has turned up.
                                  Our plan is due for renewal too but since the service is not good we are going for a monthly plan & would eventually discontinue after we find a good service provider.

                                    I am getting issues with the Internet since[protected], its been 13 days and they are not picking up my call.
                                    Whenever I put ticket for issues, next day it gets resolved without any fixes.
                                    All my tickets since[protected] are being resolved without any resolution or fixing the issue. The issue is with Internet connection it is disconnecting every 20 minutes and it is very hard to have stable connection.

                                      Thrice I raised the ticket that the speed is very slow. The speed test showed upload speed is zero still there is no resolution to this issue. No engineer turns up for checking the problem. The speed is not as promised. The contact number of he engineer displayed on the support is always switched off.

                                      But while taking money, the connection is disconnected even if there is a delay of single day. This is the problem faced by majority of the nearby customers but nothing happens.

                                        I raised a ticket on 31st Aug. Till date status is 'not started'. Customer care doesn't hae ETA. The engineer assigned to the ticket - His number is switched off.

                                        The frequency of breakdowns has increased and there is no permanent resolution being given inspite of multiple followups.
