D2H — Activating VAS without my permission, Unnecessary Calls, Wrong Switch off date

1. Why are you activating VAS and deducting my balance without my permission? I never called you or told you to activate any kind of service till date. So why are you activating these stuffs without my permission?

2. Stop calling me again and again regarding your promos. If I really need, I will activate it myself from D2H website.

3. My current account balance is high enough that it can last for next 11 years but d2h website shows 2028 as switch off date. How is that possible? I have filed complaint and called you at least 15 times but I never got even single reply from D2H.
