[Resolved]  D2H — Amount debited but amount not updated

I have recharged an amount 1003.0. The amount has been debited but not updated on d2h. I have complained three times with the transaction ref. no. but the customer care is not taking any initiative to refund my money. I have mailed them also but again they are not replying me back. The worst customer service as ever seen.
