Videocon is a fraud company in line of old Kuber group and nowadays Saradha group.

1.) I had purchased Videcon D2H on 11th Nov 2012 in one year package (paid INR 3604/- lumpsum). However the company disconnected after 9.5 months only. Now they are saying that I had not paid for full one year. How is it possible when they were giving set top box and antenna with one year plan only. 2.) I had referred Videocon to one of my friend and he had taken connection for 4 TVs in his guest house. However, company did not pay referral fees for even one connection. 3.) I had a change in residence also where I kept on calling company's technician but, he did not turn up and there was a delay of 1 month in installation. However I paid INR 400 (150 + 250) for de-installation and re-installation which ultimately proved to be of little value 4.) Whenever I call customer care, they just disconnect the call every time. 5.) Videocon raised plan charges by huge amount from 1st Januray 2013. So, whoever will recharge now will have a big hole in pocket. Hey friends do not take Videocon and better try Tatasky if you do not want to get cheated big time. I saw fox action movies on chanel no. 257 I called customer care executive told me 61 INR will be debited and chanel will be avilable i said ok do it after that he disconected the call but rhe chanel says E16-4 NOT ENTITLED TO VIEW CHANNEL I called customer care several time (Imran senier Girish paresh) they put my call on hold for more than 60 minutes and imran told that channel is not available on our platform so i asked them to refund my money they said it is not possible

I got same sms from videocond2hdish.com and they ask to registered my mobile no. within two days from the date of recieved sms on given url, I registered and after registered got a message on next screen, u will be informed within 48 hours through sms, but after 4 days didnt get any sms from them on my mobile... what is this fake site...!

I also got same sms but i have not deposited the money.I think it might be a fraud.Concerned authorities must look into this matter.

when we purchased the videocon d2h...we were told that we will get 4mnth package free along with the dvd player...nd nw only after 2 n haf month its satellite connections is gone and no one is listening to us...pls help us n try to solve our problems..

process and arrangement expenditure will be paid by SUZUKI
COMPANY.Lodging, traveling and local conveyance actual will be paid by
SUZUKI COMPANY as per bills. The candidate has to deposit the initial
refundable security as mentioned by HRD.

NB: You are advice to reconfirm your mailing address and phone number in
your reply.And 12, 200/- (Twelve thousand two hundred rupees) will be the
refundable amount, as 200 rupees will be deducted as bank charges for funds
deposit and if you are been selected or not, still the amount will be
refunded to you, as the amount is just to prove that you will be coming for
the interview in order for us not to run at lost after sending you the air
ticket and you don't show up on the day of interview.

i am continuously recieving threatening calls and sms from videocon d2h agents to get recharge before 13 aug, that is today, otherwise my service will be discintinued, when are you going to solve my issue?...i hope before today...if my tv goes blank for even 1 min before 3rd sep, i will drag you to consumer court.

please avoid making such unauthentic and fraudulent deductions in the future. such kind of activities overshadow your good services.

i had activated intenet pack through msg on my no... but after that they deduct my balance for surfing... after tht i registered a complaint for balance return on 23 rd of april & they gave me assurance to return it till 25th april... but they dnt return any balance... & after thtat they again deduct 10 rupees from my bal. for some package wthout any conformation.after 2 days they again deduct 30 rs for caller tune without any call or msg.i still ask me that ur compaint is under process..we will return it soon but they doesnt return it till today 23rd of may . i m thinking of suing them in consumer court.i hv never expect this this from videocon & the response from there customer representative is also very roud. they speak to me & ask me tht jo karna hai tujhe vo karle

Videocon — deduction of main balance

i am an idea subscriber and my prepaid idea no is [protected]. On 31 jan 12, at about 1630 hrs around 30 rs has been deducted fm my main balance without my knowledge. i further want to tell that i didnt activated any offers or subscription..after this incidence i tried to talk to idea customer care many times but didnt get any response.
sir,i am very disappointed with this kind of service by the idea officials and therefore taking this ultimate action. i hope my balance would be refunded at the earliest...

Airtel — invalid activities

i had recharge my phone with rupees 100........

but they deduct rs 70 for invalid services like hello tune and gprs which i don't activate from my number

and when i inquire about that, they block my customer care service.

so i request you to plz refund my balance, otherwise i ll complain to consumer court.

but they deduct rs 120 for some services, which i haven't activate.

n when i request the customer care for this, they cut it n don't refund it.

i hav a videocon sim care and my 26rs from my main balance is deducted from my account widout my concern my videocon sim num is [protected] kindly help me out as the companies technical supprot is worst they dont evn care to pick up the phone its much better in airtel atleast they people are concered about thee customers an revert the money also..

Videocon — balance deducting

my name is om and my mob. no. [protected]. i am a vediocon coustomer . when i recharge 111 RS. cut the Balance 106 RS.
this number automatically services on and every time my amout deduct. and when i call customer care 198 ,they are every time busy
and within 24 hours two time connect a call and they are not tacking within 30 sec automatcally cut the call.
