D2H — Change my customer name

I am a current subscriber of videocon d2h. My customer id is[protected]. The subscription is registered under the name of meghraj sanap. He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to sandip ashruba devtarshe, and this is my name as i am using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.
