D2H — channel selection

Hi, I have d2h at my home. My customer ID is[protected]. I want to select channels as per new trai rules but i am not able to do it through online website.
It shows different types of error each time like server down, customer care will contact back but they never do. Tried calling customer care but number is always busy and after much try it happens, all they have to say is server is down try again later on.
I have wrote mail several times but no reverts, i am forced to pay more to continue my existing pack and keep tv working.
