Madam, I have registered a STP complaint over customer care number regarding signal not available problem. An Engineer attended and asked to replace the adapter since the problem exists in adapter. As per his advice I asked to replace the same but he replaced with old/used adapter and collected Rs.450(250 for adapter & 200 for service). Now the same problem often arises. I tried to get in touch with the engineer but he didn't attend the call. I reported this issue with agent who sent the engineer but I didn't get any response. Even both the engineer and agents are rude in talking. Please resolve my issue.
